I dont see that in our situation. We have Allen and McDermott has built a culture. A new GM honestly has it easier in Buffalo...just pick better talent. Nothing is 100% but dang we can do a lot better then we have at getting talent

Here is my stance on McDermott. 1. Give him a better GM that csn actually scout talent and not waste/ miss on 1st and 2nd round draft picks. Let Josh have a couple real WR to take pressure off the Defense and find the talent McDermott needs to really see what his defense can do. 2. He needs to plan against teams better. We cant live on 2nd half adjustments alone. I still dont know why he has trouble with this. Beane has to go so McDermott can have a chance to see what can really be done with this team. And YES,we all know McDermott brought Beane here, but I think coach now realizes its Beane who is way in over his head.

Hey top KR and backup QB is an important role. And one that can keep him in the league, and in this team, for a long time. Dare I say Pro bowl appearance as the AFC desagnee for returns?

When we started scoring they couldn't run the same offense any longer. Here is a concept... get a 10+ point lead and let McDermott call the defense he does in tje 2nd half earlier in the game Amd the question all of want to know is why does the D under McDermott stink so bad in tje 1st half. Maybe quit putting yourself in such a hole
