After the draft Agents see what teams addressed. Now those guys wanting tons of cash have to come back to earth somewhat as their options are more limited.

Agreed. I wish this staff had 3 seasons of game planning. 1st half of the season, 2nd half and playoffs. Look what Reid did, and does to us. We beat them regular season, then throwd new crap at us come olayoff time. AND everyone eats or not, we need to attack the whole field. McDermott even addressed the need to attack vertically. We still need a guy with more speed. But I digress.

And look at what SF had to lose this offseason with their QB Contract due. That Aiyuk Contract is a real albatross around their necks as well.

After going through the loss of his brother, then playing the way he did, and just pushing through. I respect this kid a lot and feel he is exactly what we need on this team. Not to mention, the kid is physically talented as well.

I always go back to what Bill Polian said about building Franchises. There are 3 key positions you must have studs, All pros whatever at. QB (check), LT (Check) DE... we don't have one. Groot is good, but not All Pro, etc good, and that has been a missing piece. Now, since Bill said this, I would add CB to the list, and we don't have that even with Benford. But if we can't get a Stud, on the DL, nothing changes. Personally, having watched the NFL the last few years, we need a BIG stud at DT. Pressure against the BEST QBs needs to come up the middle. Can we swap All pro-DE for DT... Maybe. And NO, Oliver, isn't it. Oliver is good, not great. Now, some fans are going to say x amount of other teams don't have that, and it's hard, etc. I don't give a damn about other teams. I need the BILLS to hit on a DL stud, and they have spent tons of Ammo in the form of FAs and draft picks and still can't seem to figure this out. Well, if we want to get over the hump and win a Super Bowl, we need to get it figured out before Father Time continues his undefeated streak on Josh Allen.

I saw an interview with Brady around SB time. He talked about how against KC, when he was with Tampa, he knew them well enough he could tell what they were doing by like foot position. I don't remember all the details but man it was amazing. This is why, along with loss of his Legs, Allen needs to rely on his mind, vs physical attributes.

Kincaid needs to get healthy, and I feel his and others are why the staff got fired. He needs to get bigger and stronger, and play stronger mentally. HE needs to call Allen and go to Allen and work timing and routes. Let's do that this offseason, THEN make a decision on the kid.

Jack is exactly who we want. Great physical and mental make up. In fact, I would like us to use a 2nd in him if there.

Truth? Milano isn't anywhere near the probowl Milano any longer. He is 30, many injuries and as others said,take a cut or be cut. I guarantee he wouldn't get what he is currently making on the open market. So take a cut, stay with one of the best run organizations in football, maybe stay healthy and get one more payday with somone else next year.

That's incorrect. Just because some teams are dumb as hell and greatly overpay,does not set this individuals value. Look neither are worth wrecking our cap over. So let them think what they want, trade Cook and let some team pat him what he thinks he is worth, just not us.

I give credit, they are trying to look at things from a different perspective. My only concern is, too many cooks in the kitchen? But again, Kudos to Sean for saying they needed to look at thing from a different perspective, and bringing guys in to try and do that.

I don't care what they would get as FAs; I care what they think they are getting and how it would hit our cap. I would put Benford at 20mil max. I would offer Cook 9 mil per. He isn't an every down back, can't block, and I don't care what HE, his brother or another team think he is worth. Right now we have a Guy in Davis who Feel can Start. The Draft is full of starters, I trade Cook Draft day if he still thinks he is worth 15 mill per. And right now I would be he would tell you to take the 12 mill AAV and stick it. Benford... who knows. He isn't a clown trying to negotiate in the Media.

Cook was tossing out 15mill per before FA, which is well above his worth. He isn't a 3 down back, can block well etc. Sorry, not worth what he feels he is worth. Benford is underpaid, but again not worth what most of the others are paid. Bills fans have always over valued players because they are Bills.

They over value their worth. Smart move is move Cook for picks.
