He very well could be BUT, both his uncles stayed and played their SR years so I think that factors into it. Also if its the Jets at #1... Hell no, he won't play for them. Mcdermott was a crap shoot as a DC. We would need to give someone new a shot. And yes the Bill have been one of the best teams...with a QB who has bailed out the Defense more often than not. Lets not forget 2023 when Allen left the field a few games with a lead, only to have the D blow it. That said, McDermott says he has learned from his mistakes and said this offseason things needed to change. We will see this year.
