    I disagree. Being a Bills fan I want what's best for the Bills. Guaranteed contracts for a position that takes the most damage is not in the Bills best interest.

    There is no way you fully guarantee a contract for a RB. But Williams has better overall numbers with a lesser OL and QB.

    In all fairness how do you see Cook is better? Cook has a better QB and OL and has lesser stats over the last 2 years. And 1100+ with 12 TD's the year before.

    There are also optics involved. If Beane caves at this point, he looks weak and I guarantee you its going to bite us in the butt later on in negotiations with other FA's. IMHO he can't budge, no matter what.

    Woah now pilgrim. ( thank you btw... I have never got to use a John Wayne quote on here 😁 ). Davis is not that bad. Myself and others feel, given the reps, he is a starting NFL back. If Cook should hold out, it opens a door to find out, and sometimes that doesn't bode well for the player who isn't playing. We see it in injuries mostly.
