I liked what the Giants did last night. Got one of the best defensive players and possibly their QB for the future. With Carter they have someone who can make life miserable for Hurts and Daniels.

The front 7 isn't all that great either. I think DT will be the pick in Rd 2.

The only thing I want in these playoffs is for the Leafs to be eliminated but since they are up 3-0 over the Sens that isn't happening this round. Hopefully the winner of the Panthers - Lightning eliminates them in the 2nd round.

If the board would have fallen differently with DTs, then I don't know if Hairston would have been the pick. But this seems like a good pick as they add speed to the secondary and it fills a need.

Maybe but Beane has shown in the past that he will trade up for a player he wants.

Today is about improving the pass rush and run D. So, DL should be the focus. I am tired of watching our defense get torched in the playoffs year after year. Look at what Philly did to KC. They got after Mahomes pretty good all game and we saw what the end result was.

I just hope someone in the AFCW can challenge the Chiefs and win the division so if the Chiefs do make the playoffs, then they have to go in as WC. The Ravens are the best team in the AFCN so I doubt anyone will challenge them for it.

We finally have someone who can keep up with those fast Dolphins receivers as well as G. Wilson. I expect today is the day the Bills focus on getting DL line help. Still need to improve the pass rush and run D.

First of 4 QBs in Bills history worth mentioning followed by Ferguson, Kelly and now Allen. Nobody else really stands out including Flutie and Bledsoe who were only Bills QBs for about 5 minutes.

Happy Birthday Joe. I still think if Joe was healthy in the 1980 divisional round vs the Chargers instead of playing on a badly sprained ankle the Bills win that game. Then they would have played the Raiders at home in the AFCCG. They had beaten Oakland 24-7 earlier that year at Rich Stadium. Good chance the Bills go to the Super Bowl if they had gotten past the Chargers.

I remember LT used to do that to the Giants with TC and preseason. He was always suffering a "serious" injury, and his week 1 status was in doubt. Then week 1 comes and LT leads the Giants to win with 9 tackles, 3 sacks and forced fumble.

Tied for 1st last season with 16 rushing TDs. That is not easy to replace plus he helps take a lot of pressure off of Allen.

This is why I hope they can reach a deal as he is a big part of the Bills offense.

He isn't elite like Barkley or Henry, but he is very good and our 2nd best player on offense. I do hope the Bills and Cook can reach an agreement on a new deal.

I can't say I am surprised by this as he is unhappy and wants a new deal. It's only April but if this carries over into TC then we may have a problem. I also wonder if Beane looks to move him on draft night.

I give the Canadiens a lot of credit. They are a big underdog here and to come back from 2-0 in the 3rd period to force overtime was impressive. They almost stole game 1. I do think they will lose the series, and it will be the Caps vs Canes in Rd 2. But they made it interesting. As for the Avs vs Stars that is one heck of a series to watch between two very good teams. Also looking forward to game 1 of the Lightning vs Panthers tonight. That should be another good series to watch.
