  1. Joe Bascaglia w/ the Athletic has been saying the same thing since Tre came back. Said the All-22 shows he's slow, has trouble staying w/ receivers and is holding a lot, but not getting called. He said it jumps out on the coaches film & predicted coaches are going to start attacking him & he's going to get burned & called more for the holding. Hope he gets back to form before Monday. 🤞
  2. WGR said they practice today at 12:30. MxD meets w/ press at 12. Normally practices are Wed-Fri. But bc it's a Monday game the practices this week are Th-Sat.
  3. WR1. - Can play WR2 @ first (need to upgrade from Davis). Diggs will be 30 next year, he can eventually move to WR2 when new guy goes to WR1. Like Jefferson & Theilen. Wonder if Michael Pittman would be available in a trade & if it would be worth the compensation (maybe a 1st)? He's pretty good w/ bad QB play.
  4. So, given the Bengals unis for Monday, I'd expect us to be all whites or white jersey w/ blue pants.
  5. That's why I said McDaniels "& his crew" (GM & owner are part of this too). Head coach puts together a staff. He's in charge of. He is the face of the organization who answers questions about these things to the media (he already had to once before). I get there's an independent neurologist (& the last one they had got fired), but there's also trainers & team Dr.s who are supposed to keep the Head Coach updated on injuries & player status. After already going through this kind of F up once, I would think any good head coach (& most are control freaks) would want his team more on top of this to fix things with the staff so it doesn't happen a second time. It's troubling this is the 2nd time they apparently weren't aware their franchise QB had a concussion & continued to play (& this time threw 3 picks the last 3 drives to end the game). But hey, maybe McDaniels figures, not my problem, I'm just the head coach & can't do anything about it, go talk to our medical staff & the independent neurologist. Hopefully for Tua's sake & the Phins, he's more on top of things than that. Either way it's a bad look.
  6. This is twice by McDaniels & his crew, they've let Tua finish a game only to find out later he had a concussion. NFL is a joke on player safety if they don't step in & investigate. It's either incompetence or deliberate. Either way it's not good & needs to end, pronto.
  7. Josh's hype man should fight Mahomes hype man. I like Kyle "Angry Runs" Brandt's chances of TKO-ing Nick "The Whiner" Wright in round 1.
  8. He's historically inconsistent. He was not good last week. He was good this week (this week definitely inflates that 3 game stat line). I don't think 3 games is enough of a sample size to say he's going to break out in LA or be a bust there. (though history, 3 team changes in a year, isn't on his side). But we'll see how he does going forward. Chargers are next, that's a better team than the 3 he's faced for LA so far.
  9. Yep. Last game lost to GB was 12 of 21 (57%) a whopping 111 yds 1 TD, 1 Pick & 67.8 QBR. Hardly inspiring. So bad last week, good this week. Needs to show more consistency.
  10. Wait! Back up the bus. Given his very up & down career, gonna need a larger sample size than 1 game, against a bad team, before anointing Baker the long term answer at QB anywhere. (Chargers up next, let's see how that goes, for a start, then work out way toward consistent good play).
  11. Merry Christmas. All I want for Christmas is a Bills Super Bowl win. (& My 2 front teeth)
  12. Wonder what panicked thought went through Beane's head, when he heard... 🤔
  13. It's called being a COMPETITOR! Not a diva. I don't want guys that don't want the ball & don't care. He's not out putting Dorsey, McD, Allen or any teammates on blast after games. He wants the ball & wants to win. I'm screaming about those things right along with him during games, guess that makes me a couch diva.
  14. So the pro bowl outside LBs are: Matt Judon, Khalil Mack, TJ Watt. All these guys play almost like hybrid DEs & have more sacks but less tackles & interceptions than Milano. It's almost like they value that position as an extra DE & don't value it as an extra coverage spot (which is more Milanos game). TJ Watt hasn't even played a large chunk of the season, I really don't see how he's in based on anything other than reputation. & How Saffold even gets mentioned? Again it's reputation being more important than performance.

  16. Going to the game with my 2 boys. Staying Kentucky side. (12 hr road trip) Cousin of mine is a Bengals fan (weird thing is he's from Buffalo) said there are tons of bars & restaurants on the streets around the stadium & that's where most of the pre-game festivities take place.
  17. Ya know A DOME would put a stop to it, if the NFL wants to fork out the $$... Oh, I see it's not THAT important.
  18. Benford! Sorry, couldn't resist. Personally I've seen enough Dane Jackson for the year, he's a back up. Elam or Benford & frankly figure CB2 out this next game, w/ Cinci on deck. Need stability at the position going into the playoffs (& Dane ain't it).
