I wholeheartedly agree that Sean needs to be replaced and the second blitz in a row, at the end of the game, seals it for me. This was a legitimately terrible defensive play call. Period. Sean is the DC. End of story. He, unlike previous seasons, has no one to blame. It’s on him and he was outsmarted by a very talented coach and very experienced QB. This is a microcosm of Sean’s time as HC. I wish to be succinct, so that’s it.

I actually can attest to this. Was attending a Notre Dame home football game while ML was in Buffalo. Met the worst, most bigoted cop from a suburb of Buffalo who was telling my brother (a cop) and me that ML was a thug, in gangs, running drugs, etc. When you can offend two middle-aged guys, guys who grew up in Buffalo in an era of ethnic jokes (from all sides, I’d like to add) you’ve hit a new level of offensive. I remember Lorax declaring the guy a “future Hall of Famer” and what a joke that turned out to be. He’s a terrible leader of men, a waste of God-given talent, and a total zero as a football player. I say total zero when you consider the athletic attributes and measurables.

I’d like to know the full context of the alleged statement. Perhaps, if this was actually said on this Zoom meeting, the full context need be understood. I still have a hard time believing any man with so much to lose would blindly make this statement, let alone a man who’s married to a minority, one who has children with this minority, and one whose daughter dated a black player.

We’re gonna need to keep an extra vet WR this season as they’ll not be able to rely on Diggs whatsoever for the entirety of this campaign. He’s emotionally unstable. The moment it crosses a line, suspend him and hope it galvanizes the team. Talk about the ultimate Hail Mary… Screw you man, grow up. Crapping away an opportunity for complete nonsense. And whatever it is, unless Allen knocked up his girl, it’s nonsense. The past season is over, it’ll be a new team with 15% turnover, at least.
