  1. He’s a number 1 for sure. Dude is incredible. Projecting how he fits into our office is tough though coming from the much better Shanahan scheme where everyone is open every single play. But I’d give up a 1st for him now and not think twice. Tired of Josh not having weapons to work with.
  2. He also has Bobby Slowek calling the plays and running the Shanahan system where guys are Constantly WIDE TF OPEN, which can’t be understated. On the flip side, Josh is asked to play backyard football just making stuff up as he goes since no one is ever schemed open.
  3. Nothing he says was wrong though
  4. This is where I’m at too. This is a GM that knows his roster isn’t good enough to win a SB and needs to rebuild. And that’s pathetic when you have a top 5 QB. But that’s where we are when you blow draft picks on guys that aren’t good enough and don’t get your qb legit weapons. The fact that they got rid of Morse is what upset me the most. Our o line has sucked forever and then you switch it up? You’re just creating more holes in an already thin roster. I’m good with trading Diggs. The guy no showed every playoff game. He was a ghost in every single elimination game. But now you have to trust beane to do the right thing instead of doing what I think he’ll do and grab a DL or CB with our first rounder.
  5. All nice contributors but no one elite. We have one elite guy on the roster. Gotta start hitting on a few more.
  6. Haha this. He’s the only thing keeping us from drafting top 10. This roster really has no one elite other than him.
  7. Eagles were the worst I’ve seen in a long time in terms of their LBs and CBs. No reason not to celebrate when any of them are leaving. We would be celebrating too if we were them.
  8. Losing Morse sucks and angered me. Finally have a good o line and we gut it for no reason.
  9. True. They gave up peanuts for the best weapon in football besides tyreek hill because they know they’re getting comp picks back later on. They fleece poorly run franchises like the cowboys for guys like Trey Lance and the redskins for the best LT in football. Now they get young and cheap at certain spots this year and also can make big moves in free agency. And they can afford to pay their HOF talent at many spots as well.
  10. This. I catch ***** for repeating on here how great the 49ers front office is. No one is close. I’m not saying they only hire minority coordinators just to get them hired elsewhere for comp picks.. but I’m also not saying they don’t do that. They have the best roster in football and they’re LOADED with picks. Don’t forget them fleecing Dallas by getting a 4th rounder for Trey Lance, a guy who will never take a snap for them outside of a Dak injury. O line help, another CB and a DL opposite Bosa is all they need and they’ve got lots of chances in this draft to hit on those spots plus trade up if they want. Not to mention they always make big moves in free agency so I fully expect them to make a big move here before the draft too. There’s a reason they are the favorites to win it all again next season too.
  11. Don’t forget demeco Ryan’s too.
  12. This x1,000. Add in Jalen Hurts simply dropping the ball and it bouncing straight up to Bolton for him to run it in during the other SB. They also had horrible OTs that led the league in penalties all year only to not ever get called for holding in the playoffs and especially the SB when they were holding Bosa all night. Things that would sink the other 31 teams don’t bite them and they get every bounce. Not every move they make is perfect. The Ravens and 49ers have better rosters. The chiefs roster is better than ours though.
  13. All he did was throw to a wide open guy and people think he’s great lol
  14. I said earlier the Niners luck would win the game. You’re seeing it now
  15. He doesn’t have the weapons this year.
  16. Not saying I’m going to run a victory lap after this win, but there are a few of you that I’m calling out for saying I was dumb for picking the Niners to win it all along lol
  17. This is about as easy as it gets. Chiefs have struggled to move the ball all year, nothing new. 49ers were the best team all year. Nothing new.
  18. Niners can move the ball on this team at will any moment they want. Chiefs have struggled to move it all year long. Not sure what you guys are so afraid of with Mahomes. Niners in a rout.
  19. Niners in a rout. This is a home game for them
  20. This is a joke right? Although I’m starting to think the people on this board have lost their minds. It’s no secret I’ve got big money on the Niners to win it all since the start of this year. I’ve never wavered all year on this board. Niners luck will win out tonight. Also the chiefs can’t stop the run. Enter CMC. I said when the Niners got CMC that it was over for the rest of the league and tonight I’m finally going to be vindicated. Niners roll in this one by at least a TD maybe 2 scores. My parlay today: 49ers -6.5, CMC to score 2 TDs, CMC at least 60 yards rushing, kittle at least 40 yards receiving, kelce under 72.5 yards reveiving and Mahomes under 265 yards passing. All that is +2600 right now. Free money if you’re smart enough to listen lol
  21. 31-17 SF, it’ll never be in doubt either
  22. Ugh I just don’t get this line of thinking. Granted everyone on this board knows I picked the Niners to win it all this summer, so I might be biased. But still.. Their offense is light years beyond KC offense and shanahan has 2 weeks to figure out how he wants to draw up the first handoff to CMC that’s going to get them like 40 yards against the bad KC rush defense. No one hates purdy more than me but he’s going to have guys wide open all game long and will have an easy task. FYI, Niners are already the favorites for next years SB at +550. Hop on it now, might not see any odds that high for them all next year. By the way, We are +1,000.
  23. Also on the flip side, imagine purdy trying to play with average weapons like josh and imagine him trying to play in a system other than shanahan where every pass isn’t a wide open window. That’s why I don’t think much of him.
  24. That’s because he’s not in the same conversation as those guys. He’s going to win the Super Bowl this year but we’ll have to then have the discussion of where purdy ranks on the worst QBs to ever win the SB. He occasionally makes a play but he’s throwing to wide open guys all game long and isn’t asked to do much. Just because he’s going to have a ring that doesn’t put him into the conversation with those guys.
