I think last week vs the Steelers solidified my opinion that Kromer is the best coach on this team. We were down both tackles and ran for 250 against a great defensive front. The run game has been the most consistent element of this team all season.

We're trading up for Josh Rosen!

S Talanoa Hufanga - coming off an injury plagued season so he could be signed at a discount WR Marquise Brown - same situation and could boost his stock with a big year catching passes from Josh. DT BJ Hill - We need to add a run stuffer to the D-line rotation

Complete re-stock on the defensive line. They were a liability down the stretch and we need more size on the interior.

I think this is mostly because there were AFC teams that bottomed out and got 3 or 4 wins. 6 out of the first 7 draft picks in the first round are going to AFC teams. There is much less parity in the league this season. There are 5 teams with 13+ wins and 5 teams with 13+ losses.

I think Hardy is a slight downgrade as a punt returner, but much better at cornerback
