The last 2 draft, I believe the BILLS overestimated their team needs and choose to draft for role players instead of impact players. Beane needs to draft as if he is rebuilding every year.

What draft pick is a lock to be good, we saw heisman trophy winners, #1 and 1st round draft picks not pan out in the NFL , this front office hit on numerous picks. People act like they new Mahomes was going to be great. He did not have a first round projection. He was drafted by a QB Guru.

Hmmmmm!!!! What did it look like before they were hired. Let me think, oh it was a 17 year playoff drought. Bills were bottom feeders, the highlights of the season was hoping to be NE and the draft. Give them some slack.

This organization has been good the last 5 years. Why are we so quick to change the HC, most of the teams with constant playoff appearances keep their head coach. Let's cool off on firing Mc Dermott. However I'm a fan of getting rid of the dline & DC. Dorsey gets a pass, as I believe he will get better. Now so many want Dabol back, but when he was here, there were so many who wanted him gone.

We need bigger DLINE, Look at the JETS, EAGLES, Baltimore and others. Our Dline gets pushed around too much. Trade Oliver, get rid of Basham, release Lawson. Draft a true run stuffer and bring in some different pass rushers that can play the run as well. It seems like we get guys that can do 1 or the other.

I agree with the OLINE, SAFFOLD & MORSE can go. Move Bates to center and bring in two nasty big guards. We still need to address DLINE, their is no I'm going to destory the man in front of me attitude. It's the trenches we need tough aggressive linemen on both sides.

In the playoffs the DEFENSE has 1. Blown a 16 point lead. 2. Got picked apart by KC (Kelce & Hill) 3. 13 SECONDS 4. Bengal drove up and down the field like Marshawn Lynch in the gulf cart. I'm tired of lackluster pass rush & the corners playing 7 yards of WR on 3rd on 4.

It's about the coaching staff not adjusting and just depending on 1 guy.

The coaches saw they did not have a good enough pass rush since MILLER went down. They had enough time to acquire a vet DL that could help. Eric Washington & Frazier needs to go. Dorsey needs to go, he is overly aggressive with the passing game.

The OLINE Opens up running lanes and we rush for 150 yards with both MOTOR & COOK getting a TD. PASS protect HELL and allow Josh time to stay in the pocket and carve up the Cincy D for 350 yards with 4 TDS.

This year ALLEN is not being patient and taking what the defense is giving him, Ken Dorsey wants to be aggressive too much. Dabol wasn't perfect but he made sure Allen would take the easy stuff. I hope Josh start taking those small profits, especially with Cook and Dawson sitting out in the flat. That will open things overtop for Brown, Diggs and Davis.
