  1. Damn, Josh is just behind Carson Wentz in turnover worthy plays with 23, and just ahead of Patrick Mahomes with 23. Oh, not sure if you guys saw the receiver rankings, but Diggs was 8th, and Beasley in the 20s, which didn't really match the reasoning they gave (which said, essentially, that he was the best slot receiver in the NFL).
  2. Did you know that no dolphins play for the Miami Dolphins? It's so stupid that we refer to the players as "Dolphins" when they are actually humans.
  3. Damn, Justin Herbert got disrespected. Who on Earth takes Derek Carr or Kirk Cousins instead?
  4. Man, the more and more I see these completely humorless comments, the more I want Dan Campbell to succeed.
  5. Being willing to give up your arm for a Superbowl is hardcore.
  6. You're right, but the point differentials are still too high
  7. He's also admitting that these events happened, just that they were consensual. It's like the It's Always Sunny skit with Mac and Dennis except replace boat with wherever Watson is getting massaged.
  8. Some of these make no sense. For example: Bills are 6 point favourites against Indy, Indy and TB are a push, and the Bills are 4 point dogs against TB. Huh? They are also both 3.5 and 7 point favourites against the Dolphins. What is the change between those games?
  9. The Rams being favourites over TB is certainly interesting.
  10. He also wanted lions on the sidelines during practice to stop guys from going out of bounds He strikes me as the kind of guy who enjoys a white Russian.
  11. Listen to his interview on PMT. It is amazing. He'd also give up an arm for a Superbowl.
  12. It might be week 5, but the Chiefs game, for me, is the one must win game on the schedule if one could qualify. A lot of talk that the Bills are right up there as a top team in the AFC. Hell, Florio had them #1 in his power rankings by the end of last season stating he couldn't ignore the obvious. But you can't be a top team in the AFC and keep losing to the Chiefs in such embarrassing fashion. This game, if not a win, absolutely must be extremely competitive. Anything less isn't acceptable. I know there's a lot of hype around the Bucs, but let's be real...I've never seen one game change people's opinions on a team so quickly. They went from unlikely Superbowl contenders to #1 challenger overnight. Few expected them to beat the Packers or Saints. Hardly anyone expected them to beat the Chiefs. I wonder how people would view the Bucs if they had lost.
  13. What did he do wrong again? I forgot. I think it was something about refusing to kneel for the anthem? And then something about doing a commercial for a Christian organization? Would like more light shed on these.
  14. For some reason, unlike a lot of people here, I can't stand GB. Gonna go with the Chargers as my #1 side chick, I think. Always playing second fiddle to the Rams, underrated and I honestly feel bad that they had to endure Anthony Lynn's idiocy in a season where they could have done so much more. Justin Herbert is one of the most fun QBs in the league. The Browns...unless it ends up coming at our expense. Their fans have suffered long enough. One of my best buds is a Lions fan, so I gotta include them. Plus, how can you dislike a kneecap biting culture? The Panthers, I was a big fan of Julius Peppers and Steve Smith in the past. Finally, I have a soft spot for the Football Team. I find the moniker so amusing, I like the colours, and I respect that, no matter how much everyone hates his guts, Dan Snyder is too much of a Football Team fan to ever willingly sell the team. I used to like the Rams a lot in the Kurt Warner days, but now they have the ugliest jerseys in the league (and blue is my favourite colour) plus they are pretty boring to watch.
  15. I agree, if you take away all of Singletary's good runs, he's not that good. This is what I'm trying to figure out. How do people know how much weight Motor has gained?
  16. I will confess, I didn't know it ran this deep. Thank you. So, basically, they did the same thing as the Astros in MLB. Good team that resorted to elaborate surveillance techniques. At least in the Astros case, the GM and manager both got canned while Belichick continues on. I don't remember what the MLB punishment was, but since their commish has the spine of a jellyfish I believe they simply allowed the Astros to scapegoat a few people without facing any type of serious punishment. I don't like the Patriots, and I think Belichick is overrated as a coach (I feel like Andy Reid deserves the accolades that are laid upon Bill) so don't get me wrong. But "Belicheat" and "the Cheats" is so cringeworthy that my natural inclination is to take the opposite position. Really, I'm just very anti-cringe. Please find better pet names, for the love of God. They aren't clever. You're just jamming "cheat" into things like a square peg in a round hole.
  17. These "scandals" were minimal at best. I'm not sure filming the Bengals did anything to help them. It just always sounds like sour grapes.
  18. This community is a lot larger than my previous one so I'm still getting used to putting people in boxes. I don't generally block people anyway, you have to be REALLY annoying for that to happen. Saying that, surely you know a lot of people unironically think that the Patriots succeeded because they cheated in some way, like video taping the Bengals, or some equipment guy possibly deflating balls or the always nebulous "they get all the calls" as if they even come close to the preferential treatment GB gets shown every year. I guess I'm just tired of the excuses. The Patriots were one of the best football dynasties of all time. Accept it and move on because now we have the chance to truly supplant them.
  19. He worked out, though, so that negates any speed he might have gained. Probably added 30 pounds of muscle, I'm just going to guess since it would work nicely with the narrative in my head.
