  1. Are these the excuses we're going with to explain the Patriots' run? Come on.
  2. Scoffing at dumb critiques makes someone the player's mother, does it? And yes, I'm aware that post was supposed to be sarcastic, I just thought it was weird that you'd post something you desire in a sarcastic tone, Mrs. Breida or whoever you want to replace Singletary with, even though the problems with the run game were like 80% because of the OL.
  3. I am sorry that your dream of him becoming fat and useless didn't come true 😢
  4. Yeah I'm going to add that he's a running back where you use your legs a lot, so he probably isn't skipping out on training his primary muscle group. Christ, some people here seem to actively want Singletary to fail. How much weight did he add, if any? Does anyone even know before they start crying about how he'll be heavy and slow? Wish I could agree twice
  5. Aren't you on the train that we need like 3 new RBs? Singletary not doing well would unironically be a desirable outcome for you.
  6. Have you had many human to human interactions?
  7. How is it weird? Singletary put in work, first 4 posts are just people shitting on his accomplishment. You're weird for thinking it's weird.
  8. Way to go, Devin! We're all proud you're putting in work.
  9. ?? Diggs and Beasley run option routes pretty frequently. What are you talking about? It's pretty simple. Josh couldn't find targets because his best receiver had a torn oblique and his second best had a broken leg. They couldn't create separation.
  10. Josh was also taking forever to throw the ball because none of his WRs could get open because all of them were injured.
  11. So who cares?! If you really think that Tim freaking Tebow is going to be taking opportunities away from actual good NFL calibre tight ends, I dunno what to tell you. Obviously, you have your opinion, and I'm not sure what he did to you. Whatever, I guess.
  12. Maybe Roger should have teams draft their own schedule over 3 or 4 days from a pool of teams. He could stuff tons of commercials in that. Give each team a 10 minute window.
  13. Probably to their benefit, considering the Jags are awful, and seem to be run by idiots. You're placing blame in the wrong places. You're absolutely right, Tim Tebow being signed as a TE after being out of football for so long and never having played the position is ridiculous. Ultimately, that's what the Jaguars decided to do, whether it's because of his work ethic, locker room presence, or because they are stupid morons (likely). If you're blaming Tebow for wanting to play in the NFL, idk what to tell you. He's not the one who decides if he gets signed or not. Who, developmentally, did Tebow hurt with the Mets? Some org guy? Every team at every level has 30+ year old guys there who basically act as filler, from short season to AAA. Tebow was basically just a more notable version. Again, the Mets decided to try him. He showed some pop, they figured, why not? Worst case, he sucks and they eventually cut ties with little risk. I can't for the life of me figure out why anyone would be upset with Tebow for trying to do whatever he can to elongate his career in pro sports. It's not like the Mets signed him as their starting LF. He had to start in low A. Here, he's basically a long shot in training camp on a ***** team. Where's the harm?
  14. Is this a joke? How does ONE guy affect aspiring players? If a player is good enough, he plays. His fate has nothing to do with Tebow. Is there an age limit for when it's mandatory to give up? Your stance is so ridiculous. Wow, what a self centered douche
  15. Sorry, if you're pushing yourself through minor league baseball on that measly salary, you're grinding. I understand Tebow is pretty annoying but you can't deny the guy works his ass off to make something of himself, even if he'll end up failing. So he should have just given up on everything? You can find Tebow grating, I do, but I guess he should have just given up on his dreams of becoming a pro athlete because you found him annoying.
  16. The way it looks is that he's having difficulties navigating an unlocked home screen.
  17. Agreed. Now that they addressed the non-issue at running back, it's time to throw the chips in. Maybe they are hoping Ertz is enticed because they have similar jersey colours #TealWithIt
  18. OBJ is so overrated. If you can't stay on the field, then you can't put up stats. Even when he's healthy, he whined if he's not getting like 50% of passes thrown his way. The Browns did not miss him at all last year. Landry is a nice player but elite? Come on. I'm also surprised by the lack of Beasley love in here. That guy is absolutely elite at what he does. Him and Diggs can go up against pretty much anyone.
  19. How about that it sucks that they both got injured at the wrong time and that "running da ball" likely wouldn't have changed that? We saw when Beasley got injured, but not Diggs. For all we know, it could have happened executing a block or even off the field. Injuries happen in the NFL all the time, we just got unlucky with both the severity and who they affected. I'm not keen on using this as an excuse to run the ball more.
  20. I like how Erik addressed the "clean-up/coverage/pursuit" sacks narrative. I think back to the "Hail Murray" and remember that he really should have been sacked but slipped away. If we had Greg and his tennis racket hands in on the play, Murray probably goes down and the Bills win.
  21. Schedule mock drafts. Boy, the NFL milks everything. Goodell would monetize his own mother if he could.
  22. Wouldn't they think "it's not much worse than Chicago"? NYC and Chicago is what I was going for, but I haven't been to either one and I know that, like Buffalo, the weather in Toronto is incorrectly represented. Both of those cities have huge markets and, while all the teams representing them suck now, they are normally desired destinations for players.
