  1. I hope they don’t lose anymore at all. But you are making my point for me. The Cards are probably considered by most as an equal to Buffalo. Young, improving team, with a stud QB and average D. Niners are not good but they scare you. Steeler are the only undefeated team in NFL and they don’t impress you. Again... it’s the NFL. Any give. Sunday.
  2. No chance. Haha. Lose next week to the Cards and we might as well tank-for-Trevor! haha. some “fans” are never satisfied. The Bills ARE really good. They are better than 25 or so teams in the NFL. Trouble is... many fans expect them to look like a madden team every week. No mistakes. No turnovers. No coaching errors. 300yds passing minimum. 100yd rusher. No missed FGs. Etc, etc, etc. However, reality says... this is the NFL. Panthers were a FG make away from beating the super bowl champs. Cowgirls leading undefeated Steelers late in the 3rd. Bengals spank the Titans and Vikes beat the Pack at Lambeau last week. the Bills are really good. They are still going to lose another 3 or so games this year. Even so... the Bills are really good.
  3. 30-21 Bills start fast and hold on for the 9pt win.
  4. This is just a spoiled, unrealistic grade. funny you post the stats immediately after the grade. if JA or any other QB had posted those numbers any of the previous 5 years in Bill win, this forum would have exploded with appreciation. was he perfect? No... but D+??? ridiculous!! solid B performance. Took what the Jets gave him. Led his team to a much needed win.
  5. 35-3 Bills. I see the Bills rallying together to stomp the Jets the same way the Niners stomped the G-men earlier in the season with half their starters missing.
  6. 4-1 guys. no reason to think they won’t clean things up and still finish 12-4. if NE wins the division with a better record than that they will certainly have earned it.
  7. Crazy things happen in the NFL every week. No doubt the Bills “should” win this game but... the Titans are well coached, very disciplined and they know who they are as a team. This is the type of game the great teams from the 90’s would lose because a lot of those players would lose focus with this kind of schedule delay. Some players back then would stay out and party and just assume their superior talent would get them through. It always seemed like there was a game or two each season where they would just get whacked (Chiefs, Bears, & Dolphins games come to mind) when no one really saw it coming. Again, to me that was a lack of team discipline. so far my impression of the 2020 Buffalo Bills is one that says the players are united as a reflection of their Coach and they want to win together and for each other. They seem to genuinely love one another and no one wants to let the TEAM down. We will see tonight how strong that bond is. if they come out with missed assignments, stupid penalties, bad turnovers, and frustrated body language we’ll know they haven’t fully matured yet as team. However, as a previous contributor to this thread has already said... 4-1 is still a great record. If that translates to a 12-4 season... not one of us is gonna be disappointed with that. of course, both teams could play really well tonight and the Titans come out with the dub because they played a little better. Who knows... it simply comes down to this... After all the distractions... can they make this a successful business trip and close the deal?
  8. The early celebration that cost the ‘hawks a TD a few weeks ago. Not good. Ford and Oliver are ride-or-die Buffalo guys. Diggs is a pro-bowl caliber, team-first, win-at-all-costs player for the next 5+ years. well done McBeane. I wouldn’t change a thing.
  9. “Logical candidate” this entire article is based on those two words from a tweet by Aaron Wilson - Texans beat writer. I have one message for Mr. Wilson... Well played Captain Obvious.
  10. Not true. I don’t think for a moment Beane would pull the trigger in that deal. JA is his guy. I think there may be a few others around the league that would ride with Josh as well. again... I am not saying JA is in the same class as PM YET. No MVP. No super bowl. I get all that. Just saying the upside seems almost limitless for JA.
  11. No thanks. Zay is where Zay needs to be... anywhere other than Buffalo. We have 3rd string guys like McKenzie and Roberts plus practice squad guys like Duke and Hodgins that I’d take over Zay. Beane and McD know what they are doing. It’s a lot more than just talent and x’s & o’s. It’s about family. It’s about your teammates loving and respecting you and wanting to go to battle with you. I never really saw that with Zay.
  12. Not saying he’s better than Mahomes but I am saying he is better for Buffalo. He’s got 3 yrs in this city. He has embraced everything that is and always has been Buffalo. If I’m Beane, No way I’d even take the Chiefs call if they inquired about a straight up trade. Of course... they won’t, but... just sayin’. Haha!
  13. Rams, Seahawks, Cowgirls, Falcons and Chiefs fans may all argue this but I’ll take the Bills 3 (or 6 - Diggs/Brown/Bease/Davis/McKenzie/Know) over anyone in the league because they seem to be the perfect fit for JA. They all want to play and win with him. Same page. Same mind. Same heartbeat for Buffalo!
  14. This is great. Well done
  15. We should probably trade for Dak. Haha!
  16. I support the A-. the sack was bad. Only throw Josh wants back is the long ball to Diggs. Great play by Diggs to high point it but his initial route was so amazing Josh could have laid the ball out ten yards further to the right and it’s an easy TD .
  17. Digg and Allen on O Norman and Jefferson on D
  18. Dumb. Super bowl teams play to win not for 300yd passing games.
  19. Bad Allen rears his head! Haha. Good Lord. I guess that is never going to go away completely.
  20. Perhaps, later in the season, we look back on that Josh Norman play as the turning point for this D!! What a 4th down stand!
  21. Diggs, Knox, Singletary BOOM! all set up by a big defensive play. Complete team effort right there.
