  1. Please explain, preferably with sources.
  2. And what exactly would that be? Throw a mask on him and keep him in a bubble? He’s in group daycare. There are protocols but I can’t control a damn thing about what anyone else there is doing. Nor do I care quite frankly. Because I’m capable of realizing that the risk of my 4 year old dying or even becoming severely ill from covid is incredibly small. The damage that was done to young and school aged kids during this whole thing will far surpass the damage the virus actually did to them.
  3. A little over 300 kids under 17 have died from covid. I’m getting pretty sick of the “but the children” excuse. And I have a 4 year old.
  4. Can you imagine if Rex was at the helm? 😂. These guys have their you know what together in pretty much every area imaginable. Our franchise’s best shot at a Super Bowl is going to be with this group.
  5. My father in law has had both replaced in conjunction with having food issues addressed as well. One of them had to have 4 revisions. His stuff was obviously severely messed up and I’m sure about as bad on the spectrum as it gets. I think they actually profiled his problems in some kind of medical journal.
  6. We do the swan / dolphin and usually have some extended family along. Always put everything on the Bonvoy Amex that week. At least I can rack up enough bonvoy points to bankroll lodging for 1-2 other trips. I think wife and I stayed at the Westin in Napa a few nights for “free” after our last Disney trip 😂
  7. Too many to pick from unfortunately 🤦🏻‍♂️
  8. Hopefully that doesn’t take the sail out of Herbert’s winds…
  9. Yeah shady was horrible in the snow during his career…..
  10. A while back, I remember getting a season ticket holder survey about a new stadium. I think there were questions on how much would be willing to pay for PSLs, club seats, etc.
  11. Sorry, should’ve clarified a bit but I was referring to the overall attitude of society as a whole regarding the current state of the pandemic. And yes, i know that’s a big generalization, it makes sense in my head though 😂. Yes, I do agree with your points relating to the union / league part and why they have settled on those protocols and procedures. My wife is an attorney that specializes in labor law / collective bargaining so totally get why it can’t all fit into a neat little box for all parties. I may personally agree with Cole’s stance on the issue but I don’t also agree with how he’s going about it right now. You can’t go that route and expect there to be no repercussions. Count me as one in more of the “I got it to avoid all the bs” crowd when it came to the shot. Sorry Cole, but sometimes you “have” to do things you don’t necessarily agree with to avoid the pain in the ass factor. (Welcome to the working world for 99% of the rest of us!)
  12. Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t the vaccine about 99.9999% effective at preventing death and like 99.999% at preventing hospitalizations? Isn’t that what matters? Why did the narrative shift to stopping any chance at potential spread? It’s what got us into this mess to begin with. Went from flattening the curve and protecting the vulnerable to crazy protocols for everyday life that were often totally ineffective. I agree with your point about number 2 but people that cannot get the vaccine for medical reasons should be able to determine their own level of comfort for assuming risky activities at this point. Of course like all of this, just my meaningless two cents.
  13. 4 game suspension. Guess the league felt it was dirty too.
  14. You would slow down / stop and try and get down. When you’re trying to stop an EN goal, you’re playing goalie without pads. In about 34 years of playing hockey I can’t ever remember trying to prevent an empty netter by throwing a body check at the guy trying to score.
  15. If he was only trying to stop the goal he poke checks or dives to block the net. He was trying to wreck him.
  16. I’ve played since I was 4 and say it’s a dirty play. The fact that he “let up” for a couple strides at the end doesn’t change the fact that he came across the whole ice to head hunt him. Certainly could have done a lot different if he was really trying to stop the potential goal. It’s one of those plays that you can expect to get payback for. And let’s not forget, a penalty was called and he was ejected from the game.
  17. It’s nice to have so many choices for this topic
  18. What if the teammates, family members, etc. are vaccinated?
  19. I don’t know if he will ever be a starter caliber player, but that doesn’t mean he can’t become a valuable contributor.
  20. I’m on the other side of this one. Hate Bryson.
  21. I played it back in 2018. Awesome experience but yep is as difficult as advertised. It kicked my ass but had some pars and had good look at birdie a few times. Good enough for me!
  22. Big tree to the ECC lot is nowhere near two miles.
