    I think this is what happened. The little girl was decked out in her 49ers gear and some 280 lb drunk Bills fan saw her and was pissed off. When he passed by her on the slippery steps, he bumped her with a hip or forearm and she went tumbling down the stairs. It's a very disgraceful incident
