    If you trade him post 6/1 his 2023 dead cap would be 13 million. Sounds like a great deal. However, your 2024 dead cap would be 31 million! Their next real opportunity to trade him is in his age 33 season with 13 million in dead cap. Dude is a bill for life.

    His only two injuries have come while in the pocket, not scrambling. The myth that running QBs are more injury prone has been debunked by data time and time again.

    Rushing yards are rushing yards. I don’t care who gets them. Buffalos rushing game is fine. They closed out the game with their running backs. If the team couldn’t run to close out games I’d be more concerned. That isn’t the case with this team.

    Meh, Klein makes a huge difference in the run game. If they had a pass catching TE I might be concerned.

    I just don't see any way that his first game back is played on the same type of turf he tore it on. I would anticipate he will be back in NE. Good game to get him going in.

    When Allen missed 4 games in 2018, I believe he missed practice for at least 3 weeks. mid be shocked if this is a 4 week injury.

    You’re right. Clearly, Allen is done for the season. It was obvious from his reaction.

    They need to get rid of this "roughing the passer" nonsense on sacks. If you are getting sacked, it shouldn't matter unless they make primary contact with your head or neck.

    I mean, I get that it looked scary, but if there is no structural damage, there is not structural damage. What would they have to wait to heal? Sounds like just pain management and his mental state at this point that is in question.

    Let him walk and draft a safety in the top 3 rounds. Safeties are replaceable. I think we are about to see that their success is as much about McDermott and Frazier's scheme than those two being elite. Don't get me wrong, they are very good. But I don't think they are irreplaceable.

    Yeah I’m assuming over the long haul it will bump up a little. He was mostly replaced by Basham in the 4th.

    Will be interesting to see if him playing 60% of the snaps will lead to better stats for him. Sometimes more isn’t always better.
