  1. It could be seen as punishment, but it could also be seen as McDermott recognizing (or suspecting) someone having an off day and taking him off the field. If you're not totally focused you shouldn't be out there, at least not handling the ball close to your own endzone in a primetime game.
  2. So now a loooong drive of runn... I mean passes and going to the ground in bounds.
  3. I'd say yes. He just runs through the ball, grabbing at thin air and bumping it with his torso. Not sure what Allen is supposed to do other than what he did.
  4. One fumble away from a shutout and we could have had at least 3 more points from the first drive. But yeah, they've played well so far.
  5. We were in FG range for Bass when that drive started.
  6. Every time we run with the ball and there is a big pile up, I expect the SF players to start cheering and pointing towards our endzone.
  7. The passing offense looks good so far and the defense made a great goal line stand. The refs and the fumbling backs, I mean, running backs, need to step up though.
  8. Okay, Moss, that one is on you. That thread about the Green Bay RB all of a sudden seems a whole less stupid... 🤬
  9. Wallace got good position, looked for the ball and batted it down. What else is he supposed to do? He was basically flagged for being a successful cornerback. Ridiculous.
  10. The guy catching that pass was so open I assumed it must be a TD.
  11. Not sports related but my NES controllers had teeth marks on them during my teenage years.
  12. I think the Bills players are a little to aware of that half.time stat, so when we lead after the first half with ten or more they take the foot of the gas since the game is already won.
  13. Watching the Bucs against the Chiefs and there were just flags on four straight plays. The refs are gaining more yards than the players. The offensive holding is the worst I think. Should be five yards instead of ten, especially since the refs seem to use a randomizer when making those calls.
  14. Come on now, defense! Just slow them down!
  15. That's it, I'm over Singletary. We can get someone better. Of course a hobbit running back has small hands and can't hold on to the ball! It's simple hand logic.
  16. I love those creative plays!
  17. Why is offensive holding such a large penalty? 5 yards would be enough, especially since it's something that could be called on more or less every play and the refs kind of just randomly hand out flags.
  18. Yellow cleats and gloves should be against the rules. I'm seeing flags everywhere.
  19. Either the 3-7 Football Team has a great all around defense or the Cowboys offense is pretty bad...
  20. Plus Beasley can actually catch the ball.
  21. I like Kroft. He's made some good important catches. All Knox has ever done is one single powerful stiff-arm.
  22. From year one to year two he got better. From year two to year three he got better. He's still very young, but of course he won't get any better during the next ten, fifteen years. Everyone peaks at 24, everybody knows that.
  23. So name some good teams in the NFL if the Cardinals and Seahawks aren't.
  24. I feel sick. What a ridiculously ***** way to lose a game. Maybe we should be thankful that it wasn't a playoff game or something, but damn this hurts. ****!!! Trying to see some positives... If you exclude that circus number of a last play the defense looks better the last few games than they did before. It's not a stone wall like you'd want it to be, but at least it's a swamp and not a golf green like it was earlier. Bass looked great. I think we can live with him missing a few his first year with the potential he has in that leg. Josh wasn't at his best today, but when it really mattered, when the game was on the line, he delivered. Beasley, Diggs, Brown, just great receivers all of them. They deserved to win this game. And some bad things... The running game is just awful. I don't understand how the offensive line can give Josh so much time, but as soon as they run the ball the running back gets tackled behind the line of scrimmage by several dudes. The penalties. Some were questionable, some just stupid. Singletary's was horrible. Roberts had a bad day, but we know what he can do, so he's forgiven. We need a new punter. I don't get it, what's the hard part of punting? You just kick the ball. Get a soccer player to do it or something.
