I liked him enough to keep him but I wanted to see them let him run at G because I thought he didn't have the feet to play T

AFC Championship Game Week Thread - Bills at Chiefs

The result was great, but it was pretty lucky, imo. Bernard had run himself out of position again, this time into somebody else's zone I thought, completely vacating the middle of the field. Then he was in the process of overrunning Edwards and was forced to make a desperation lunge at the ball, which only worked because Andrews hadn't secured it properly. And to top it off when the ball took a lucky bounce right into his arms, he didn't take advantage of that good fortune and try to advance it when he was surrounded by blockers and his offense was struggling in a tight game in the 4th qrtr. I really like the kid but thought he just had a very tough night. -

I thought he was out of position frequently which put him in bad situations he couldn't recover from. I thought he was indecisive at times and it caused him to be reactive instead of proactive and resulted in blockers getting on top of him so that he couldn't disengage. I thought he made some poor decisions in zone coverage that took himself out of the areas of the field the Ravens wanted to attack. From my couch, he was the third best LB on the field that night and was clearly outplayed by Dorian Williams, imo. And that is coming from a guy who is not a huge fan of Williams. Full disclosure: I had a house full of Raven-hating Steelers fans here and was inhaling beers for the first time since Christmas Eve so feel free to take this with a grain of salt (and a lime wedge). -
Daryl Williams' first year here was one of the best RT performances you'll ever see. Not as fun to watch as Spencer Brown but just as effective. The Bills then gave him a huge contract, which he apparently spent on mayonnaise and crazy straws before being cut one year into the deal.

Hate to say it, but I thought he arguably had his worst game in a Bills uniform on Sunday. -

Certain individuals have a unique talent and will to create problems, make everything about them and then throw their hands up innocently. Removing individuals like that can often make things better in a single stroke. -
I saw that too, but thought it was an arm/elbow/shoulder issue at the time.

They don't actually have to see penalties anymore. This nonsense with indicators has made NFL officiating even worse than it was and is pushing the game toward the territory of an unwatchable joke. -
Being nitpicky: please let Allen pass the ball more
Simon replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
This might blow your mind, but Allen had over twice as many pass attempts in the second half as he did in the first half. -
It wouldn't have been a 4 down drive with the game being tied. Maybe a 4th/1 inside the Ravens 40 with under 20-30 seconds left, but outside that they couldn't have afforded to risk giving Baltimore the ball back in a tie game.

That insult is a sort of time-honored, inside joke here.

Typically, yes. But I thought the OLine had an awful night and my typical confidence in them getting it done when they needed to was significantly diminished.

By the end of the 1st qrtr I was way more afraid of Hill than I was Henry
-
Henry only had 2 carries that went for over 10 yrds

How in the actual **** can you walk into a playoff game so unprepared as an NFL official that you don't know what you are about to see?
