  1. This guy thinks Mac Jones is good, possibly elite 🥸🥸🥸😂🤣😂
  2. i get a little giggle every time someone repeatedly gets the acronym for HIPAA wrong.
  3. As others have said, I think the smart money has to be Dorsey. He knows this offense, if it ain’t broke, etc., etc…
  4. Yeah Rodgers is a regular on his show and seem to be good friends I wasn’t expecting Pat to challenge him on anything.
  5. Yes all of us in NYS are footing some of the bill when public money is involved. But as far as the upcoming actual negotiations between team, state and county authorities the city and its boosters like Termini have little to no leverage or influence.
  6. gotta say this thread of yours is looking more prescient by the week. I didn’t necessarily agree at first with you, but it appears Vegas now does and I don’t see why Allen wouldn’t be the frontrunner at this point. Excellent work.
  7. I do see his point regarding timing. And obviously it’s easy to see his motive with all of his downtown investments. The downtown option seems incredibly remote at this point though. Unless somehow the other decision makers can convince the Pegulas that downtown is a better option, every signal from them is pointing towards OP. This isn’t a Vikings situation where the city is actually contributing a portion of the funding (but the stadium is still owned by the state.) The city of Buffalo isn’t contributing anything to this construction, as far as I know. Hard for me to see how city real estate developers or city officials should get much of a say at all.
  8. One is core infrastructure, the other is a limited-use entertainment venue. I get the passion for investment around Buffalo, but Termini’s comparison is ludicrous.
  9. Allen provided a perfectly acceptable answer when asked about his vaccination status in public, with cameras rolling. Has JA been attacked/cancelled since then?
  10. well yeah, and Rodgers is the one talking about woke mobs and cancel culture out to get him, so it’s at least tangentially related to the topic, wouldn’t you say?
  11. I agree with you almost 100%. The only caveat I’d point out is it is within the realm of possibility he was tell ing truth about the allergy thing - there are ingredients like PEG in the mRNA vaccines that can cause reactions. However - given the other outright lies and deceptions he’s told surrounding this, I would not be surprised if the allergy excuse was a lie as well.
  12. It’s also been floated by some that OBJ could make it clear around the league through his agent/representatives that he does not intend to report if claimed off waivers, basically forcing himself into free agency. He’d likely make far less doing that, even after the restructuring the Browns are doing to his contract last minute. But he will gain some freedom in choosing where to go, which he probably values more at this point.
  13. Is he though? Granted, he did have a very productive season as recently as 2019 (which shocked me, looking it up, seems like ages ago) but he’s been addled with so many injuries since then I truly doubt his “expected” value at this point.
  14. Adjusted for inflation (and, admittedly, ignoring the cost differences based on state, location, etc.) this place would be $1.2 billion today. Would it not be in their interest to look into a non-traditional structure like Minn? It seems affordable based on the numbers they’re throwing around. FYI the Minn US Bank funding deal broke down: 50% vikings, 35% state, 15% city. The city is already late on payments.
  15. Everything you’ve said here is pure conjecture. The vikings, despite the erratic play of Cousins, are still pretty good and not in any mood to trade their 2nd best offensive player. Even granting Cook’s “elite” status he’s still not in Derrick Henry’s league. Neither is Kamara, who’s actually a more valuable back from a pure production standpoint than Henry. These exercises are very fun and very stupid. And you are one or the other. (Or both!)
  16. We know what the goal is. All I am saying is the OL can improve, just like they did last year. And the offensive line wasn’t the problem in last year’s AFC championship game.
  17. That’s a wildly stupid take that makes me smile.
  18. So the O line was the sole reason we lost that game huh? F—-ing stupid.
  19. People said the same thing about the OL early last year and they figured it out enough to get all the way to the AFC championship game. Why don’t you calm down.
  20. All that is true and i’m just trying to tell you none of that matters because the voters are dumb, lazy writers that would never remember the specifics of Allen’s performance today when they vote in January. They look at numbers and team record.
  21. Josh is playing fine. I think he’s one of the best QBs in the league. But if they voted for MVP today, he wouldn’t finish in the top three. Not saying that’s right, it just is what it is.
  22. Okay O the all swing pass offense was cute now do something.
  23. Their fan boards are pure filth. Mathieu is right.
  24. I agree. They seem to be the most genuine people in that whole spot.
