If the recent rumors are true, it will be Commanders since the (Red)Wolves was eliminated due to trademark issues. Commanders is okay I suppose. They could have done a lot worse (and still might.)

I will correct myself - all signs so far indicate they are not building a domed stadium. I was at the game I don’t need to watch it on tv to get an accurate idea of how the weather was. The snowfall was negligible.

Depends on the price. I wouldn’t be comfortable trading any significant assets with his recent injury history. But is he worth a look if the price is cheap? Sure why not. A 100% Barkley behind even a decent OL is an upgrade.
