  1. I’m 100% on board with this. Shakir has earned a bigger role in what has turned into a busted offense. He and Kincaid should be the 2 and 3 options (alongside Cook). Park Knox on the bench or in the OL to block. everyone on this team lacks YAC. Not that some of them can’t produce it, that’s a OC issue.
  2. It ain’t the wrist. It’s his (lack of) hands. Honestly I don’t blame casual fans for thinking this guy is good, given the contract he was gifted. But he ain’t. teach Kincaid how to block a little, or don’t, get a solid blocking TE if they really want to run 12 all the time, and get this guy off the team. Belicheck would take him in a second he collects tight ends like 35 year old girlfriends. 4th or 5th options are safety valves and unfortunately Knox isn’t even good enough to be that.
  3. I am just waking up and don’t have the exact numbers but Knox had an abysmal catch rate his rookie season and made a big jump from that sophomore year (not a high bar to clear, though.) He did even better after that and got paid what appears to be a laughable contract, even before Kincaid was drafted. edit: drops are notoriously not tracked well but fox sports has him at this, worse than his rookie season: https://www.foxsports.com/nfl/dawson-knox-player-stats?category=receiving&seasonType=reg
  4. same thing that was wrong with him rookie season - no hands. I’m not going to destroy the guy and say he has nothing to offer, he does. He’s a good blocking TE with plus running ability. But he’s extremely limited as a pass catcher because he can’t be relied upon. Hands just aren’t there. They’ll never be there. And they gave him a boat load of money. honestly I was surprised he held on to the 2 pt try.
  5. Allen is the 2nd best QB in the league and 3rd place isn’t particularly close.
  6. He’s an upgrade at returner for sure. McKenzie was always shaky back there
  7. yeah I have to agree with the OP (reluctantly) that he was bad against JAX, but he hasn’t been uniformly bad when he’s had his chances to play going back to last season. Of course that’s another issue
  8. great question - Army of Darkness (1992).
  9. they’re terrible. They’ve been consistently terrible. They will always be terrible until the league grows a pair and stands up to the refs union. There’s no need for another thread, this is all old news.
  10. Da f*** does that even mean? That’s not a point, that’s something some wasted funtime fan would say.
  11. Yes…it is mandated, which is why I asked the other guy for a source on “pegula volunteered for this.”
  12. Gonna need a source on that champ
  13. 🤡 🤡 🤡
  14. Since this is a PFF thread, I thought I'd ask - has anyone read the new book about PFF from Matthew Coller (ex-WGR producer) yet? I'm thinking about it since I've always wondered how exactly they attempt to normalize these grades across the many different things they grade and across all the different graders they employ. I know PFF provides apparently useful analytic data to tons of teams; and I don't really have a doubt they have a bunch of talented numbers guys there. The grading system on the other hand seems to produce head scratching results frequently. Link to book I'm talking about.
  15. Taking pages out of Durant’s playbook huh? Didn’t work out so well for him
  16. Need to see him a bit more obviously but yes I think he should be seriously considered for extension
  17. Lol. It seems a little more serious than that. I don’t think a plane ticket out of Vegas is going to cure all that’s ailing him.
  18. Kincaid certainly has the talent - it’s on Dorsey and, to a lesser extent, Allen to design opportunities for him and get him the ball.
  19. Spoiler alert - They aren’t going to score 50 every week. The offense has been plenty good
  20. Certainly not you! Hasn’t stopped you from polluting this place with wrong takes along with an irrational impulse to defend them at all costs.
  21. they yanked Tua too with 14 min left. They also were running the ball a lot. Denver was inept in all phases.
  22. Regular season game record I believe - which is 72 as you stated.
  23. Guess the new owners haven’t revised Snyder‘s pricing models yet.
  24. Not sure walking into a great situation is on him. He may be average by any number of metrics, but he came in and didn’t immediately screw up.
  25. Absolute bomb by the giant’s punter
