  1. Time to settle down Josh, he can do it...make quick reads
  2. Dline, get to Ben or get your hands up to tip those quick passes
  3. All that talk of Steelers practicing in pads on Friday, ok espn hype that up. Wait a minute, their starting center has been out the last 2 weeks (covid) and needed reps. Too much being made of that, shut down that run tonight and make them 1 dimensional.
  4. We also only scores 17, against a "duck" led offense. Not saying that matters now, but both teams are alot different than last year. 1. on defense: make them 1 dimensional and when goes empty, take away his quick passes and make him throw to his 2nd or 3rd read. Ebron is a great athlete, but is prone to drops or coughing up the ball...need to try and force some fumbles 2. on offense: stay balanced, and keep from turning over the football. Our best match-up will be Diggs all game, until they double him...then work Beasley/Davis. Ill be curious if their LB subs, can keep up with Motor or Moss in the passing game. I like our chances of moving the ball, Steelers live and breathe with sacks/turnovers...punts in this game aren't a horrible thing
  5. Hilton is very good, as is Sutton. The Steeler defense, even with missing pieces, is going to be tough. Heyward, Tuitt, Alamulu (ex Jags 1st rounder) have been playing great in their front 3. Then Watt is a beast, and in the secondary Nelson is good and Minkah is outstanding. I think someone mentioned the "empty sets" against the Steelers, and agree thats a great plan. Forces them out of some of their exotic blitzes, ie: middle lb and corner blitzes (which they use alot with Hilton), and more into a straight 4 man rush/stunts. Tomlin isn't shy about sending 5 or even 6 against empty tho either, especially if we pick them part with a 4 man rush...he isn't going to set back and let teams drive the field, he's super aggressive almost an opposite of Frazier. Like Wash did last week, need to take advantage of some quick passing, then make them pay on the blitzes with occasional deep shots or YAC. This is a game I wouldn't mind seeing Yeldon active for, as that is another area to attack them with. Now all that said, Haden and Spillane being out is HUGE. Haden has come alive and been a lockdown corner for them, and Spillane has been a big surprise filling in for Bush (he's been a very reliable cover LB). Then with Vince Williams out (who is their thumper, and typical MLB blitzer), this could be a much more conservative defense look to at least start the game
  6. Daryll Johnson made a real good ST play on a kickoff, and had a very important tfl (-9) on a toss sweep, that led to only a fg. Great all around game
  7. Josh was a Top 10 Qb to Bills fans before this game, but that just put him on the national map....awesome game!
  8. Maybe because he's missed so much gametime. He needs reps, even if they come in the last few min of a game
  9. Tre is a beast. Where was everyone saying he took a step back? 49ers maybe thrown his direction a handful of times, he is an all pro player and person off the field
  10. Lets go ESPN pregame team....shut your mouths about right now....Except for Booger, credit to him for being smart
  11. 4th qtr....time to start playaction passing and get some quick yards...then mix up the jet sweep to Isiah
  12. Well don't believe it then, but he has a helmet on and standing behind coach. Fumble at your 1 and you get benched
  13. Moss is standing on the sideline behind coach the past few series...I think it has to do more with the fumble
  14. Huge answer!!!! Any update on Feliciano?
  15. Big stop, answer those points right now
  16. Helluva drive there! That was a statement drive. 3rd qtr, time for defense to step up
  17. Great block Diggs! Awesome aggressiveness, pays off this time...2 fgs or 1 td, I'll take it. Rambo stepping up
  18. Great answer. Now shut down those 1st/2nd down runs, short passes. Get Mullens in 3rd and long and tee off
  19. Ok, time to reset. 1 td, jitters out. Get tough now
  20. That PI on Wallace better be called both ways, Shrman grabs all night
