  1. The moment looks too big for both these teams. The NFL is a week to week league, so who knows what happens next week, but I’m really liking the Lions in the NFC. Dan Campbell and his guys never look intimidated by anything. Goff and the Lions just got better in clutch time last week.
  2. Love is started to look a little flustered now. Poor clock management led to the rushed play, and subsequent poor throw.
  3. Lots of Purdy criticism here, and rightfully so, but Shanahan gets big game jitters. This doesn’t look like the regular season SF offense.
  4. Shanahan needs to do better at turning to McCaffrey when Purdy is struggling. Aiyuk really bailed out Purdy there.
  5. Terrible time for early regular season Jordan Love to reappear.
  6. I’m just hoping for a couple more playoff wins so the same isn’t true for the Bills.
  7. I’d be upset too, but there were dudes with bags on their heads in the stands. That seems a bit much for a playoff team. Every Philly fan I know saw it as their destination to win the title. It’s cool to be confident, but they had no concept of potentially not winning it all.
  8. Watched the end of this game. I understand the Eagles had an epic collapse, but what an incredibly entitled fan base. Changes needs to be made in Philly, but fans and media are both acting like it was Philly’s right to make a title run. It’s not uncommon for the Super Bowl runner up to struggle the following the season.
  9. I don’t care about the clock, let’s go get seven.
  10. Hmmm… in today’s NFL when you throw downfield you catch a lot of breaks. I suppose if I were coach when I have the lead, I wouldn’t do that for several quarters.
  11. I also think it’s what happens in the NFL when you start thinking about the clock on offense with a 21-0 lead. It’s a mentality that’s built to lose.
  12. No excuses. We have Josh Allen, let’s make big plays.
  13. Honestly the offense going into hibernation is how we got to this point.
  14. This dude is thinking about running the clock when the game starts.
  15. Absolutely, they would have gotten the Steelers several times. It’s like the run doesn’t set up anything. We just run a bunch, and then go back into an empty set shot gun formation.
  16. I love not throwing every down, but we also never know when to stop with Cook.
  17. Not how I want to see my QB looking like that crossing the line.
