I wish they would run a play action roll out with Josh with the option to throw in the flat or run. It just felt that we went to the well to many times with that tush push. I really did appreciate the aggressive nature of McDermott though. We have to give him his roses for adapting.

Yes it's quite the dilemma. Some people really love Fields in Chicago and some think he's not the man. They are also have another pick in the top 10, so they have plenty of ammunition if they don't trade out and take a QB. I haven't watched enough of Fields to have an informed opinion.

It's going to be a long day until Sunday night but luckily there are some good match ups today. I'm looking forward to the jags vs. Titans and the Bears vs. Packers. The Bears offseason and the direction they decide to go is very intriguing.

Our WR room definitely needs an infusion of young blood. I'm not sure if they will force the issue in the first two rounds, they usually go BPA.

Plus a few years ago as the one seed, they rested their starters and got bounced right away. Maybe Harbaugh takes a different approach this time around.

It would be nice if we had already guaranteed a playoff spot at the very least but a month or so ago we were 6-6. We now have the opportunity to win the division and possibly the no.2 seed. Good morning. Really not surprised to be walking up to another game decided by a referee blunder. This one is bordering on blatantly influencing the direction of a game to fit some marketing narrative $$. All football fans should be outraged at the officiating these last few years. It's the Lions today, and the Bills season tomorrow. I pray that the Bills win the Superbowl this season, so I can rid myself of this burden. That's what watching football these days feels like.

Man I hated this contract when we signed it. I understand that we needed to get someone who could get after Mahomes after losing to him in the playoffs but that was a steep price to pay. The fact that it was essentially a 3 year contract helped but then they restructured it only compounded things. I really like Beane but this is one of his biggest blunders. That and the Knox contract. Unfortunately, we can't get out of these contacts until 2025. Who knows maybe he will turn up during the playoffs and all will be right.

I agree with you. Given the state of the AFC and this teams ability to physically match up with teams, and run the ball, I believe we have a run in us. I'm definitely getting 08 Giants, 21 Bucs vibes with this team. If we can only get in 🤞

Yea, his hands is hard to put into words but glides is a good word. He seems just seems to have another extra gear out there. Really happy with what we've seen with Ty Johnson too. He's a physical runner. I wonder if Fournette will even get a call up, hard to make a change at the moment.
