I can't believe I'm about to say this but I have no problem with fans throwing bottles at that guy. This is 100% on the NFL for not immediately ejecting him from the game. The NFL is bush league and they should not get mad if the fans return the favor.

Watching multiple NFL games only reinforces just how bad the officiating is. It is putrid and I can't tell if this is corruption or incompetence or both. In the Cincy game as clear an Offside as you can get was turned into an illegal procedure on the Bengals. In the Jacksonville game a brutal, cheap shot was taken on Lawrence as he went into his slide that knocked him out of the game. After the refs met, with help from NY, they determined the penalties were offsetting! What absolute BS, as the Jag players understandably went after the POS that committed the cheap shot.

Until they throw a flag on an obvious PI late in games like this It's hard not to be suspicious. What's the point spread again?

They started back up over the last 5 weeks. Didn't you know that Miami should have beat Buffalo & Arizona and be on a 5 game inning streak? They were on a tear and the media was starting to drool all over them. Not so much now I would think.

Let me offer a counter argument. While this is a very important game for SF it is the least important of their remaining games as it is out conference and out of division. And given the expected cold temps on Sunday night there is a reason to believe they would hold Purdy out to let him heal more completely.

EVERY team on the edge of making the playoffs is in desperation mode in every game they play. If they were healthy and the game was in SF and we were not coming off a bye getting key players back this might matter. Under the current circumstances not so much.

That's a HUGE if. Richardson was 11/28 today. This guy has real accuracy issues.

Question for the resident refs - after the pass with the great catch Winston got bumped out of bounds WAY after the play and he went down hard and seemed to be hurt. His next 3 passes were bad. Why the hell wasn't that a penalty on the Seelers?

The Browns are 2 - 8 for a reason. Those defensive penalties were both avoidable.

If Allen slides there is what, 2:20 left? KC calls a TO. Bills run into the line, 2nd down KC calls their last TO with 2:10 left. Bills run into the line, 3rd down, 2 minute warning. After the 2 minute warning, Bills run but don't make the 1st down so now it's 4th down. Bills call TO with 1:16 left. Bills kick FG leaving about 1:13 on the clock. Mahomes gets ball back with no TO's needing a TD and only 1:13 left. Are you feeling confident we win? The odds of Mahomes scoring the game winning TD under these circumstances is much better then the Chiefs going down and scoring and then recovering an onside kick and scoring again which is what they needed after Allen's game sealing TD run.

This would suggest that his injury was in fact limiting him. I suspect that coming out of the bye we'll see more Samuel jet sweeps and runs.

I agree and more often then not I'm one of those who thinks McD has held the Bills back in the playoffs. But given the player departures this season and the fact that the majority of the football media expected the Bills to significantly slide there is no reason McD shouldn't be a top 3 candidate for coach of the year.

I'll defend Brady here. The goal was to at least get a yard, keep the clock running and have a 4th & 1 that would have allowed the Bills to run the Allen sneak which has been money in the bank. The TD sealed the game because it meant that KC would have to recover an onside kick if they scored again. Of all the possible outcomes, like the Bills getting another 1st down to run out the clock, this was the one that gave Buffalo the best chance to win.

This season has also been a great example of how Allen truly does elevate the skill players around him. This allows Bean to be mindful of the bank. This is also the flexibility that Mahomes gives the Chiefs.

Allen. Allen was solid in that game. The defense on the other hand was beyond bad.

Mahomes was fine but IMO Allen made more top level throws then Maomes yesterday. Both throws to Cooper, two to Samuel, one to Knox downfield, the great throw to Shakir on 3rd & 9 and a perfect throw to Samuel where the ONLY option for the Chiefs defender was to commit PI.

Yes but didn't he assume Kincaid's role and Morris assume Knox's blocking role? With Kincaid back Knox will go back to a role where he primarily blocks which along with Brown are two key factors in the success of the Bills running attack.

Disagree. Even after making the first down the Chiefs had to keep Allen out of the end zone. They could have still have held the Bills to a FG then would have got the ball back with no TO's but probably more then a minute on the clock. In fact the Chiefs defenders looked a lot like most defenders look when Allen breaks off a long run like that - think against Indy and the called back TD run against Miami. Allen's combination of size and sneaky speed make it tough to tackle him in the open field. The defender has to balance a couple of factors as they try to bring him down and by then it's to late.

Missing BOTH Brown and Knox in the run game was big.
