Floyd and DaQuan I honestly have zero worry about. They’ve been the most consistent of the guys on the line followed by Ed. Eppy and Shaq will have to, like you suggested, step up the most. Want to limit Von’s usage as much as possible. Ease him into a workload.

Stadium was built for Football/Soccer… Frequent replays aren’t a thing so large HQ screens aren’t essential. Line-ups, match information, scores and substitutions. Can’t see the new stadium following suit. They’ll have reasonable sized screens to accommodate the need.

So as it stands, they have what? England, Germany and Mexico? London, Munich/Frankfurt and Mexico City…? Got to believe the next option would be possibly another European host. Maybe Italy/Rome, Ireland and France/Paris? Could even go to South America; Brazil, as there is a huge following there. Only reason I see another European market is for that reason, it’s the whole of Europe as a market. They could go China but is that on the basis of hoping to expand publicity and interest there? I have never really heard of NFL having a large following there…

So Elam definitely gets the nod with Jackson if Benford is a no go. Not a huge fan of Lawrence but he is decent and has a multitude of quality options to throw the ball to. Pass rush has to get there today.

Agreed, 100%. Think this is the biggest thing to keep any QB able to play good consistently. Give a great QB a decent OLine and the opponent is in trouble. There’s a reason our biggest opponents and competitors within the division both tried intensely to upgrade their line. One won a Lombardi and the other lost to them in the AFCC. Even then the latter were on their backups when we lost; ouch.

Yeah can’t see that being screwed up 2 times on back to back plays. 19 yarder then a 25 yarder with almost the exact same call. Who knows, maybe someone did but multiple times? The series of plays went: Kick off -> T/O Buffalo -> 19 yards to Hill -> T/O KC -> T/O Buffalo -> 25 yards to Kelce Plenty of opportunity for coaches and players on the correct page for definitely the Kelce play and certainly the Hill play… you have an extra point and the kickoff to organize yourself for the timeout between that and the Hill reception. Games of that magnitude sting when you’re on the losing outcome. More-so when we would have been odds on to possibly beat both Bengals and Rams… 😩

That adjustment thing is it. Especially against frequent opponents or a top end defensive team/coordinator. If week one is anything to go by we should hope there’s reflection on making that a top priority at half time’s if we are coming up short.
