Yeah my sense is if they can’t come out and play top level football this week, especially against a team potentially missing key contributors, then the playoffs will be a let down. Home games are only on the 2 seed option, hopefully they can give the fans some more. Think with the duality of this season that it should be fitting for win and in or none.

Anyone weirdly hoping for the 2 seed or none. Will be a heck of a game!

Van G is a decent player. Nothing spectacular but solid all around. Dude has apparently played around 65% of snaps and has an impressive stat line to pair.

Marino was a stud. That Clayton connection was legit. It’s always stated but that Draft they both came out in was an incredible first round.

I wonder where the Colts would be at in terms of seeding or win count if they had Anthony Richardson all season. They were pretty explosive on offense when he was in there to start the year and somewhat seemed to show improvement as a passer from his collegiate career. Either way, go Colts! Texans, on paper, are the tougher draw.

Back back to Madden 18… Most of multiple year simulations where the Bills weren’t the controlled team Josh never developed into a mid-level QB let alone close to what he is now. Hopefully they don’t use that video game for their future drafting acumen.

Agree with you man. You can’t be out the door without both Hyde and Poyer. Believe one of the two will be back on a friendly deal; likely P.O. due to health. Biggest concern is that position outside WR. Martin holds the ball far too long IMO which is the cause for his rougher punts; can’t force a slow guy to rush his job in any Avenue.

You know what’s crazy, I watched Rex on get up talking about that call at the end of the Lions game and he stated that coaches have to give referees every trick play/call with who’s eligible for what that they are looking to call that game. He then went on to state that they knew ahead of time prior to Decker reporting. Teams aren’t in on the act if there is any. About as far as it goes would be the officiating and Vegas having some collab. It’s a sport and maybe one day there will be something crop up about payoffs or overruling a from a superior power where it’s like being a child and realizing that Pro Wrestling is in the bigger picture just a guided performance to the outcome.

Disagree with the Jefferson part. You could tell by watching LSU games that he was as talented, if not more so, then the guys who were drafted from that program before him: Landry, Beckham, Bowe just to name a few. On the other hand if, as a spectator, you feel Chase was going to be special then Justin is in that same boat.

They did. I won’t dispute that. The 4th quarter was just refreshing to have a commercial free broadcast and something that should be the case if you’re paying a premium fee IMO.

I loved Peacock’s no advertisement portion of the 4th Quarter. NFL should do their own broadcasts and have more game focused material when there’s a break in play. Commercials are getting out of hand in frequency and length. If I’m paying you a decent amount of $ to be able to watch the game why not offer more insight to the viewer?

Yes, but then I also agree with this: Barely beat NE without Josh showing up and that was with 3 TO’s in scoring territory. That isn’t going to happen on a regular basis for drive starting territory in the playoffs.

They likely won’t, so one can only hope, but it’d be nice if they just take the locked playoff seed and prevent guys from potentially getting hired again if they fall behind big. Likelihood with what’s at stake the game will be flexed to the Primetime spot. 😛
