  1. Easily my favorite personality on the Bills. I love it when players make rooting for them so easy. I really hope we can get this man a ring.
  2. He is likely getting instructions from his agent. Holding out is sh*tty, but it HAS worked in the past. More teams needs to start taking the Steelers/Leveon Bell route and call their bluffs.
  3. And Cook averages almost a full yard more per carry..
  4. How the hell are they going to enforce this ? Test people for salt ?
  5. Agreed. Week 1 really sets the tone for the season and IMO the Ravens are the best team in the NFL. This could have huge implications for the #1 seed.
  6. Actually, I learned from the Von Miller debacle. You can add Super Mario to the list too. Just not a fan of spending that kind of money on any position that’s not a QB. And if I did then I would get a more well-rounded player. Not someone you have to take off the field for obvious running downs. Or I would take that money and spend it on a couple very good players. And I absolutely do blame it on the defense (which Parsons captains.) Their last playoff loss they gave up 48 points !
  7. Well, whatever they do they need to do it in a timely fashion. I get these things take time, but this has been dragging on for a while. Honestly, I’m about to ready to say “trade him.” I think Ray Davis and Ty Johnson are more than capable.
  8. Parsons is overrated. He definitely made no difference against the Bills as Cook ran all over him. That’s how you stop him and the whole league knows it. That’s why they are never able to make any noise in the post-season. Give me a TJ Watt or Myles Garrett over Parsons any day of the week. Not setting the record for highest paid defender of all time for a specialist.
  9. What ? Allen’s first 5 seasons blow Brady’s out of the stratosphere. It’s not even close. It was not until Brady’s 8th year that he was even able to surpass 30 total touchdowns for the season. Don’t give me different “era” argument either. This was in the mid-late 2000s. If you take away Allen’s rushing stats completely, his passing numbers are just as good or better. Brady did not become elite until he is 30. I’ll die on that hill. QBs like Peyton Manning were on a different level in their early careers.
  10. Shakir already knows the system well. As OP said it gives the younger guys much needed reps. Silver lining
  11. Thank God it’s not a foot race for Keon’s sake.
  12. Big difference is both of those guys you mentioned can stop the run.
  13. I like to go to Furry conventions dressed as Billy Buffalo.
  14. I would trade for him for sure. We won’t even have to worry about the defense anymore. The Bills will score 50 points a game.
  15. Yes. He’s got tremendous speed for his size. An absolute mismatch for any defense.
  16. Come on, Marv ! Please make it another 3 days or they might have to pull a Weekend at Bernie’s.
  17. Hamlin is not “lost” out there. He’s more often than not in the right position. Safeties are extremely important in McD’s scheme. I don’t think he would have somebody out there that’s totally clueless. He’s a 6th round pick so he lacks the athleticism to be a ball hawk, but solid depth and great value. Last year really proved to me that he belongs on the team and is not some pity case because of what happened to him.
  18. He should’ve approached him respectfully then. Maybe ask him out for coffee or lunch first.
  19. Exactly. Kansas City really has our number and Cincinnati is another team I don’t trust our defense to stop. But let’s not pretend like the defense hasn’t had some great performances in the playoffs. The last 2 postseason games against Baltimore, Denver, the New England massacre were all solid efforts. We just match up horribly against KC which is strange as Beane is supposed to be building a defense tailor-made to specifically stop Mahomes. It’s not like they’re unstoppable either because other teams have shut them down, but against us you know it’s going to be a shoot out every single time.
  20. Just absolutely inexcusable. Something a casual Madden player would know how to do. Easily one of the worst examples of time management and in-game coaching ever witnessed. Even if we win a Lombardi, I will always wonder if it would’ve been TWO if McDermott didn’t flub it.
  21. Yes and 2nd only to Chris Jones of KC for highest paid DT. I believe he cost himself close to 40 million. I just don’t know why players like Wilkins or AB pull these weirdo stunts, ruin their legacy and cost themselves multi-millions. They think they’re bigger than the game when no other player ever has been, the NFL will go on functioning with or without them.
