  1. My business, I'm around a lot of women. That one? Ain't gettin laid
  2. Beane, get it don... Oh never mind
  3. I guess he'll get to reunite with Kelvin Benjamin then
  4. Sort of like being the head of cuisine innovation at McDonalds
  5. He was way before my time but I've watched so many clips of the old NFL shows where he was a sideline reporter. A real shame but like Madden and so many other guys, he lived a hell of a life
  6. What a great line by Brandt: "This team is so damn loaded even their punter is a superstar" Not a fan of insane the hype around the Bills but I love the line It's also harder to spell. I tried the other day, gave up and just typed Punt God
  7. I want to see a celebrity death match between Allens arm and Punt God's leg
  8. He was great. I was looking forward to seeing him play and he goes and catches one right away, then just kept grabbing them throughout the game
  9. That punt. Holy ***** that punt
  10. I think Wilson can be good. It won't be for lack of effort if he does bust because he's put a lot of work in (of course JP Losman did as well by all accounts). Wilson needs to clean up those boneheaded plays like the INT last night. He stared his receiver down the whole way and the LB just sat on it waiting for him to throw. If his injury isn't too bad and he can play this year I think he'll make a lot of spectacular plays but the question is now many of the easy throws he misses and how many of those stupid INTs he throws. He has weapons now so there's no excuses for him to not go up a level.
  11. Yeah that's how I feel. It's a brutal schedule and we'll have some losses. So long as they play well in those losses I can handle it, it's not like I expect 17-0. The key is to not get into losing streaks and blow lots of teams out along the way. Hopefully the losses that do come are spread out across the season so we end up with 12 or 13 wins. A loss in the final regular season game with all the starters resting because home field is taken care of would be a happy loss indeed
  12. Nooooooooooooo! No more missed opportunity sadness. Must think happy thoughts... Happy thoughts... happy... HAPPY... HAAAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPYYYYYYY... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh that's better
  13. "So I visited Deshaun Watson last summer and he asked me to do this"
  14. I was really hoping he'd go to Detroit. If he turned out to be good I'd be happy for those guys and enjoy watching him play as he is an exciting player (whether of not he progresses to efficient passer, we'll see). Playing for the Titans who I strongly dislike makes me hope he busts. At least if he is good I won't have to look at this face anymore
  15. has he thrown a phone yet?
  16. I just remember his first throw in that game. A missile down the left sideline that was caught just out of bounds by Foster maybe, I'm not sure. But I remember being wowed by the effortlessness of the throw, just a flick of the wrist really. After watching Tyrod throw Mac Jones Specials for several seasons it was a breath of fresh air
  17. True. The problem is with sportsmen trying to be these huge enigmatic personalities, very few have the charm to pull it off. Ali was a master at it, the best of all time. When he talked about how great he was you could always see he was really having fun with it and was just trying to push buttons. When guys like AB and Richard Sherman try it, it just comes over as a desperate need to make even more money and secure a media career once their football life is over
  18. AB choosing his biggest regret is sorta like Deshaun Watson choosing his favorite massage therapist
  19. I really really really (like really) hope he's got word that some book is being published or a documentary is being made that's going to expose all the suspect ***** he's been involved with over the years, and has gone away to prep his damage limitation with his agent and lawyer. But yeah, he's probably just found out that Gisele has been screwing Gronk behind his back
  20. Absolutely. For once it's less click bait and more master... well you get the idea
  21. In terms of his spectacular plays I can't see him going even higher but in terms of becoming smarter with the football, seeing more things pre snap etc then yeah I agree. Recency effect is huge in sports and if he doesn't play like he did in the playoffs we'll hear the usual stuff from the media about regression or problems without Daboll. Obviously it's impossible for him to play like that for a whole season but imagine if he hit that sort of level for 70 percent of his games, just imagine what his stats would be like. MVP for sure
  22. The one thing the nfl definitely needs is more flags
  23. CAN YOU SMELL WHAT THE ROCK IS SHOVELLING?
