Out of the position battles of the pre-season, Duke Williams is my crush. He is the only guy I would be disappointed if he didn’t make the team. I would honestly rather see Zay Jones cut at this point.

I would be absolutely shocked this year if the Bills finished with 6 wins. Allen would have to play worse than he did last year for that to happen IMO. The schedule is favorable for the first time I can remember. Jets x2, Dolphins x2, Giants, Bengals, Redskins, Broncos, Ravens, Steelers. All games against teams that have serious question marks. It is not far fetched that Buffalo faces Fitzpatrick, Rosen, Jones, Dalton, Haskins, Flacco, Lamar Jackson and the corpse of Ben Rothlisberger.

I think you are massively overrating Clowney, and that is coming from a guy who is pretty high on him myself. I’m not sure there is a DE in the entire league that gives a team an extra couple of wins. Khalil Mack is the only one I could see making an argument for, and he probably gives a team an extra 2 wins MAX.

As long as they overpay in both compensation and contract, I am all for this move. Miami will be a tire fire with or without Clowney.

Same here. Not like he has a history of it. He’s proven to have great chemistry with Allen so far. One of my favorite off season additions. Everyone fumbles in their football career.

Correct. But he has to make it there first. You have to technically be cut from the active roster to do that. If another team comes along and offers him a spot on the active roster at that point I believe they would get him since active roster > practice squad.

Torn ACL or something like that. He can’t walk around. So he can’t be on the sideline in case a play comes. He wouldn’t be able to get out of the way.

I have to think they are trying to stop him from putting highlights on tape so he can make it to the practice squad.

Tyree got some horrible advice coming out for the NFL. He goes back to UB and develops further he is easily looking at being drafted. Probably not highly, but rounds 5-7. Now he will be cut and probably won’t even make a practice squad.
