  1. AB could have shown up and taken half speed practices and still gotten paid. He also could have had excused absences at will. If he goes to the XFL ?. That’s some must watch TV. Guy could/should get 300 yards a night in that league.
  2. Best part is, if he had shown up and caught balls he would keep making that insane money. He also wouldn’t have had his GTD voided by the Raiders if he hadn’t got in his little fight and just showed up for practices.
  3. That’s called life. Not everyone is a business owner. If the NFL is the business AB wants to choose then there are 32 owners, in the entire world. AB isn’t one of them. When he is he can be an owner and not an employee. Each NFL organization has hundreds to thousands of employees. Alternatively AB can go start a business outside of football and he will be “the man”.
  4. Because any sane person would realize being owned isn’t being paid 30 million dollars a year?
  5. I hope he gets released so we can find out. I can see both sides. On one hand he’s proven to be absolutely insane. So maybe GMs would stay away. On the other hand he’s super talented, that usually entices people.
  6. It is like everything he has done has failed because the Raiders are a joke of an organization. So he is finally specifically requesting what he’s wanted, his release.
  7. I value Sunday Ticket very highly. I’ll always call to try for free, but luckily they don’t know that I would pay full price rather than go without. Red zone and Sunday Ticket is all that consumes my TV from 1-8 on a Sunday. Break it down for 17 weeks of the season and it comes out to around $2 an hour.
  8. I wish that as well. Red zone is all I need. Verizon and some streaming services offer Red Zone as a stand-alone $9.99/month option. I would gladly pay that to DIRECTV for Red Zone
  9. Well, he did turn down 16 head coaching offers to be the DC with the Jets soooo....
  10. Losing Robert’s hurts. For the first time in many years I was excited about the Bills having return ability. Hyde is probably my choice on PR then. He isn’t going to break a big return but he isn’t going to fumble the ball away either.
  11. Absolutely the only reason AB came back and apologized. Guy is one of the dumbest Football players I have ever seen, and there is a huge pool to choose from. Oakland should suspend him and set themselves up to void the guarantees and then see how quickly AB’s tune changes again.
  12. This is funny. I know you are just hurling hyperbole and do not have anything to back it up, but I shall humor you. Osemele actually graded out at a 53.7 last season. That’s actually only slightly better than a player the Jets lost off their OL, Spencer Long. Quintin Spain grades far better, at 62.3. You state Kalil being better than Morse if he can’t stay on the field. Yet neglect the fact that Kalil missed the entire 2017 season and ended his 2016 season on IR. Even more to the point, he still grades worse than Morse. In fact, his 63.6 is far more comparable to Quintin Spain than it is to Mitch Morse, who grades at a 68.2. Bell hasn’t played in a year and a half and is playing behind a poorly graded OL and with a 2nd year QB who doesn’t have an all world receiver. Probably a big difference between that and the Pittsburgh Steelers OL, Antonio Brown, and Big Ben. To quote you, “try again”. And actually bring some facts this time please.
  13. According to Rappaport it sounds like the Raiders will acquiesce to Antonio Brown. Attends team meeting, issues an “apology” and him playing Monday is a very real possibility. Mayock is proving him and the organization are push overs.
  14. Basically saying Brown is more important than Mayock and Gruden combined because Antonio Brown makes more. And that they should have just given into Brown for everything.
  15. Yep, definitely had to look this name up to see if it was legit or a Key and Peele player.
  16. This is interesting. Then you also have a guy athletic enough to possibly make something happen on a broken kick as well.
  17. GMFB is usually a friend to the Bills as well. They get a lot of love on that show, more than any other national media I have seen. The Jets have neglected arguably the second most important part of the team, the offensive line. Their offensive line is nothing to write home about.
  18. Ive heard the injury risk given. However, how often do holders really get hurt? I can’t remember one all of last season. Barkley is far more likely to be hurt in practice than in a game as a holder. That being said, practice is really the reason why Barkley cannot be the holder. During practice he has more important things to work on than holding the ball for Hauschka.
  19. I was fully expecting unanimous picks for the Jets
  20. I would have to check my bill exactly for what package I have. But I get all the channels I want (NFL network, NBC Sports, MSG, all the Disney’s for the kid). I know I get a $60/ month credit, $25/month credit and a $5/ month autopay credit. And they gave me Sunday Ticket max free this year in exchange for a one year contract back in December.
