  1. He seriously wore some wrinkled, coffee stained white tshirt that he found under his mattress (I'm assuming that Baker still sleeps on a mattress on the floor)
  2. Fans waited the entire regular season for Foster to wake up and reproduce what he showed last year, and now that he completely failed at that, it's because he didn't have opportunities? People joke about the legend of Duke Williams around here, but man, the legend of Robert Foster is just as popular. He has done absolutely nothing all season.
  3. Foster is awful on offense. I get the argument that you shouldn't see the field if you can't play special teams, but what if you're a wide receiver that can't play offense? It's got to be the Daboll connection, right? If he's our "primary gunner" than he must be pretty incredible at it because it's truly all he can do right now. I've asked this before, but is he the best gunner in the league or something, or just a really fast guy? I would think an increased chance of scoring touchdowns is more important than an average punt gunner but what the hell do I know.
  4. Can almost guarantee that he gets wasted this offseason and punches somebody in a bar.
  5. Well that's my question about Foster - what makes him such an incredible gunner? I honestly don't know, but if he's just a fast body then he and McKenzie ran nearly identical 40 times. I'm not gonna die on the McKenzie hill though, I like Duke over him too. You're right in that there's some unknown reason and the coachers know more, but Foster has confused me all season.
  6. Make him the third option and keep McKenzie on special teams. Problem solved. Maybe I'm overlooking the fact that Robert Foster is the best gunner in the league and therefore irreplaceable since it would be legitimately the only thing that he can do. He certainly isn't catching passes. Is he that great of a special teams player, or just a fast body? I honestly don't know.
  7. There was a gif around here from earlier this season (maybe preseason?) where Foster straight up whiffed on a block. He legitimately looked afraid. Meanwhile Duke has steamrolled a few people. He's a much better blocker from what I've seen.
  8. I'm assuming we can put the Da'rick Rogers/Brandon Reilly, "oh Bills fans just love practice squad WR's" nonsense to rest now. It would be insane if he doesn't suit up next week. Meanwhile Robert Foster somehow sneaks into the lineup again? He's the one that needs to go. The regular season's over, there are no late season heroics that we can still hope for. He was awful this year. What about the fact that Duke is a great blocker and Foster isn't? Shouldn't that cancel out the special teams argument? It's very clear who the better pass catcher is.
  9. Yeah, Tannehill is definitely better than Mariotta, but over the last six games Henry has averaged 150 rushing yards per game to go with 10 TDs. That's truly insane. I think New England loses as well.
  10. I think Baker has officially surpassed Jameis as the dumbest QB in the league.
  11. They realized that they have the best RB in the league around week 10 or so. Who knows why it took them so long. Derrick Henry might be the most frightening man in the playoffs.
  12. Much more afraid of Derrick Henry, an actual good RB, putting up 200 on this defense. Henry is a freak. As long as Tre is healthy and out there we shouldn't wish for a team with one of the best running backs in the league.
  13. Tennessee and Pittsburgh. This dude has been getting excited over posting exclusively negative opinions of the Bills for like a decade now. Seems tiring, but hats off for your dedication.
  14. And Josh Allen has quietly put together 29 total TDs which is pretty ridiculous considering all of the hate he gets. This offense can hang, we just need another RB.
  15. Hmm ok, I guess I just disagree. I remember a lot of people being upset about him leaving. Bob Woods was a fan favorite, in my opinion.
  16. I loved Woods and didn't want him to leave, and now he's put up back to back 1,000 yard seasons so has legitimately become a better WR. This seems to be the common opinion. I don't really understand this post.
  17. Totally agree. Where is this coming from? They've been kind of off their game, for like 3 weeks? They're 12-3 defending champs and people are acting like they're not the same Patriots. I do not understand it, Belichick and his weird kid have been stepping up their psyops apparently.
  18. I'm not disappointed at all. Today was great, the disappointment floor was so much higher since we're already in the playoffs, and then we made it a game in their stadium. I thought this was progression all around. I'm sure this has been said, but when was the last time we made it a 4th quarter game in Foxboro, let alone for a game that mattered? I'd rematch that Pats team any day, how long has it been since you could say that? People are underrating the Pats, which hurts my soul to even type, after a few weeks of down play. It's how the world works now, but make no mistake, the Patriots are still one of the top 2 teams in the AFC. Overall this was an affordable loss in all reality and I liked what I saw from the Bills. Allen throwing 2 TDs and no nterceptions, in their house, in a game that matters in late December, is fantastic.
  19. Yes. Playoffs, baby, brand new season. The Chiefs or Texans are scary and they matter right now not the Jets, as much as I hate them. Rest up and be sharp. How crazy two weeks in the NFL can be. Apparently some actually started to think that the Patriots are bad now, or on the downswing, or something? We just went into Foxboro and lost by a TD in a 4-quarter game, and our young QB threw 2 TDs with no interceptions on their turf. Chin up, there's work to be done but this is far from over. And that John Brown TD was beautiful.
  20. Ha, and furthermore how about a suggestion? I don't think anybody out there gives Daboll more than a ho-him B, but who exactly do you replace him with to make sure that our still raw, young QB doesn't miss a beat with his development? I fear replacing Daboll ultimately turns into replacing our QB a year later, and then probably drafting another WR in the first round, and then we're right back to struggling for an 8-8 record for the better part of a decade. Sounds like a Black Mirror episode strictly for Bills fans. Things are working right now, and we probably shouldn't break it.
  21. I'm not a fan but I'm torn. On one hand he's got to shoulder blame for the conservative nature of our offense and frankly some of the bias that goes into our personnel in my opinion (Robert Foster), but on the other we're in the playoffs and our QB has 29 TDs on the season, so something is working. I'm very skeptical that Daboll is the answer, but we've improved over last year and I fear that the possibility of even losing a season with the addition of a new OC really isn't an option with Allen's current growth arc. I love Allen, but let's be honest - if we for example replace Daboll after this season, and Allen is even worse next year, then we're right back in draft a QB territory and are spinning our wheels. I'm leaning toward sticking with Daboll, but I don't like it.
  22. Nice thread, completely agree and really hope we can move on from Foster. Fans still act like he's going to come around, as if an entire lost season isn't enough. We don't have some secret weapon at WR that may go off eventually - we essentially have incomplete WR depth. Foster is never going to duplicate what he did at the very end of last season. It was a nice story for awhile, but he was always an UDFA for a reason.
  23. I'll say no/maybe on 10 but I don't think that discounts him at all. Hard to get 10+ every year in his position. More than happy with 5 and offenses worrying about him.
