  1. The QB the Bills ought to really look at is the 2005 Payton Award winner (the top 1-AA player), from Eastern Washington University, Erik Meyer.
  2. That is pretty much the flavor around here.
  3. So mommy or daddy (were not sure) bring little Johnny to Richmond's (VA) Maymont Park, to look at the animals and the flower gardens. Mommy or daddy let little Johnny, who is 4 years old climb a four foot wood fence, go around another fence so he could pet the nice bear through a chainlink fence. The bear then does what bears are known to do, it bites little Johnny. So mommy or daddy bring littel Johnny to the family doctor (evidently the bite was not to severe, but it was still a bear bite). After little Johnny has been treated the parents and/or the doctor call the park to report the bite. So now because we don't know which bear bite little Johnny the park puts down both bears. Evidently this is the only way an animal (including humans) can be tested for rabies, after it is dead. So today the tests came back neither bear had rabbies...pheww, liitle Johnny is going to be OK and the Richmond area has lost two of its best attractions at Maymont Park.
  4. ....Lets hope that Ngata is a bust at the combine?????? Wouldnt it make more sense that a couple additional players shine at the combine? I mean are we really going to want to draft a guy, who on his first test in front of NFL "people" blows it, that, on top of his college injury/s? I woulld think that if a couple additional guys along with Ngata show great in front of the NFL folks, then at worst we have a better choice when R1-P8 comes up in April.
  5. This was from teh "New Voice of Pakistan"....I love it!
  6. Nice to hear that sometimes, when people screw up and seem inconsiderate, that they are able to admit they were wrong and try to make it right. I'll have a good thought for you and yours. 30
  7. If he is going to the combine and is as good as you think he is, his stock will certainly rise. As I have programed a season pass for the combine on my Tivo, I look forward to watching him.
  8. Wow! That pretty much sums it up....Perfectly!
  9. Goodnight Ajepp, goodnight Rico, goodnight grandpa.....
  10. The soundtract is pretty awesome too!
  11. I have no idea why, but I love Eminem? My daughters laughed at me yesterday when they looked at my cd selection in my truck.......three cd's - Eminem, Johnny Cash and Dean Martin. Eclectic, I guess.
  12. I'm surprised in took nearly 12 hours for that response!
  13. I for one would love it if we only sent the college kids. Sure they would get there arses kicked up and down the ice, but wouldn't it be great when (and it would happen) they kick some countries (pro) team? We Americans would relive 1980 everytime our "kids" kick some other nations pro team. I think it would be a blast. Yeah I realize the likelyhood of winnig a medal would go out the door, but hey it's not like our pros have brought back much hardware. And I also think that once we did it, I think after a couple olympiads either the the other countries would change or the pros would say screw it, this game is for the kids. IMHO
  14. It all comes down to the revenue sharing between the teams. That is going to be more difficult than the cap with the union. The good sign is that many of the owners and even the commish stayed back on the mainland and skipped the Pro-Bowl to work on revenue sharing this past weekend. Or maybe that was just an excuse, so they would not HAVE to go to the Pro-Bowl.
  15. Yes I am planning my protest in Hollywood....I think I'll start about FOUR months after the movie opens!
  16. Outstanding info.......I really do not know why, but I love this Daryn Colledge OT from Boise State. If this kid is available in the 2nd, I hope we grab him up quick as snot. He is ranked sixth on your referenced board and I am looking to see him after the combines. If this team goes D-line in the first this kid should be here and I really do think he will be a steal.
  17. Watched To Kill a Mocking Bird yesterday, with my 11 year old. The movie is still numbing, and I've seen it at least a dozen times. Pretty cool to sit with your eleven year old child and see how she reacted. A real positive experience, maybe more for me me than her.
  18. We'd come up from Richmond. Hell we freeze our asses off every year for a Bills game in December. If they sold 40,000 tickets at the average price of $25 per that comes to a cool $1mil. If the Sabres are presently averaging $36 per seat with 18,000 seats that is apx. $650,000.00 or this game would be a plus of about $350,000.00 minus the cost to use the stadium, minus, minus, minus the Sabre's could make a couple bucks plus some pretty good national media exposure, read PR. Oh what the hell, just do it Marv or is that Brandon or oh hell which VP would be in charge of this? Maybe it would be a good time for Ralph and Tommy G to start talking??!!
  19. I thought you had fallen off the wall.
  20. I found it somewhat amussing that the annual NHL General Managers meeting being held this week is in Las Vegas!
  21. One name comes to mind...Katerina Witt, East German Skater...Was very Hot!
  22. That Keith Urban guy can rock...... for a country singer!
  23. Who the hell is "you Guys", these posts amaze me. Oh I see everyone here wanted DJ and ML except you? Yeah that would have gone over really well had the Bills taken Marinelli!
