Only 3 weeks ago I was texting a mate saying the AFC North was the best division in football. Comes at you fast this game.

I always try and liken a Bills victory to a movie scene. Last night's I think is the bar fight scene in Legend. Ronnie Kray is Sean McDermott. Reg Kray is Bobby Babich. The Richardson gang are the Miami Dolphins. The Tool is Tua. Warning - does contain colourful language and violence. -

Chicago was the first American city I visited and I absolutely loved it. I've been itching to go back (since 2005) but not had the means or opportunity yet. We got the train from O'Hare to downtown and used "The El" everywhere we went. We had the best night out ever on Rust St ( I think!) which nearly caused us to miss our flight to NY the next day.

Don't worry, lads. It'll all calm down soon, the soccer season starts this weekend. All be forgotten.

Hey Mup. That's great. The Verve are brilliant. A shame they couldn't hold it together after Urban Hymns. Wanna hear a Richard Ashcroft/Liam Gallagher collaboration? No? Yes? Either way, you're getting one! Here you go....

I have to ask, as I'm so intrigued and I'm sure they aren't called "shortnin' crusts" - what are you referring to? Pasties? Pies? -
So, I ended up going to a gig in my home city on Saturday. A local band done good globally called Shed Seven. Amazing show, in a park in the city centre. Here is a video of the final song, Chasing Rainbows. Towards the end of the song you'll notice several other people joining the band on stage. One being (in the white shirt & hat) Pete Doherty who you may know from his band The Libertines whose hits include: Also on the stage near the end is a lady called Rowetta. She was/is the female singer you see with the Happy Mondays and you'll recognise her from this hit:

Lamar Jackson sent home sick with illness

That's comeback player of the year as well as MVP already given to him. -
I concur on the differences in the two sports. I think it's quite easy to tell from the personalities of our posts on here how we as individuals take different things from watching football. If I were to watch a game looking at the complexities of the play I think I'd lose something. I like to concentrate on the emotions and atmosphere of a game where you seem to tend to lean toward the tactical and technical side more?

I have a future as a National Anthem singer after that

At least she got it finished within the hour unlike Aretha Fraklin that Thanksgiving night in Detroit.
