This is accurate, my one rep max was 250. I was never able to bench 255 (although I rarely tried a 1 rep max).

Depend on your body type and how you train. I had a slender build and focused on light weight high reps for endurance not high weight low reps for bulk. Every other week I would include a max set of 5 reps. These are completely two different types of workouts (aerobic vs anaerobic). For example, I was easily clearing 100 pushups on my military fitness test. There’s no mathematical equation that quantifies how many time a person can bench press their weight based on their reps at max weight. You’re not being a jerk…you’re just being wrong.

I’m 45 and haven’t lifted a weight in years…so zero. When I was 28 and about 175lbs I was doing reps of 5 with 2 plates. I could easily bench my weight 35 times, and I’m not a professional athlete or a power lifter.

36 reps of 225lbs when your 400lbs isn’t impressive at all.

Our secondary is still hot garbage as a grouping. We need upgrades at S and CB #2. Not impressed with the changes on the DL, I still don’t see the Bills putting pressure on the QB. I hope I’m wrong, but I still see the Bills giving up a ton of points per game like last year.

Ah, thanks for the correction on Daboll I didn’t think he was an NFL OC prior to going to Bama and Brady was with the panthers for a year and a half as their OC. Unreal that Josh has had 4 different OCs over a span of 7 years.

The three rookie OC’s they hired for Josh might just prove your narrative wrong and that’s not including the below average skill players (as a whole) they’ve surrounded him with.

Why does it anger me that this is stickied? I thought once this dingus was booted from the team we wouldn’t have to continually talk about his drama. There is absolutely no way he’s coming back, too much bad blood with the coaching staff.

The only reason Beane would sign him would be for the shear enjoyment of being able to cut him again.

I believe it’s human nature not to trust someone who has failed you especially in a do or die situation. Keep hiring that electrician that wired your house backwards…it’s the right thing to do.

There’s more than one for this offseason. Plenty of underperforming players (especially in the post season) on this roster to call out.

With these massive dual WR contracts the Bengals have likely painted themselves into a corner with Hendricks. I don’t see them paying him market value on a long term contract or being able to franchise him in the future. It’s either get something or let him walk in 26/27 and get nothing.

None of his injuries caused him to drop a floating ball right into his hands to effectively end the Bills season. I just don’t see JA17 trusting this dude again with the game on the line…at least for a while.
