Suh was on the team last year and Football Outsiders had them as a top 5-10 defense last season. I don't personally have much faith in the defense actually being great, but the people suggesting they're legitimate title contenders would say the results were already there last season; just happened to have a QB that handed a ton of points to the other team to make them look bad.

The royal blue (not the navy, which I assume is the color rush?) is the only one I like. Also the helmet numbers are so gross to me (as is the navy helmet). I've never really understood the love for their light blue personally. Their light blue and yellow clash for me but seems like everyone else loves it.

Obviously doesn't help his trade value, but it could be a Jags person trying to explain to the fans why they're looking to trade their beloved RB.

I wouldn't hate it. Certainly has potential with his physical tools but he was definitely a disappointment at Michigan even if you factor the QB play in.

FWIW, PFF graded Fournette as nearly the worst pass blocker in the NFL last year at the RB position. Notable players that graded worse: Tony Pollard Phillip Lindsay Adrian Peterson Marlon Mack Ito Smith

I would love to just invest it in stocks, but I'm guessing it'll ultimately be invested into our house instead: we have a lot of stuff to purchase for it already, including some eventual repairs.

To be fair, it's probably the worst division in the league in terms of QB play right now. The fact that it's a debate between Darnold and Allen is pretty sad.

Tbf, we don't actually know what he got. There's been three different reported numbers for him. 13, 19, and 24. All are less than ideal but 24 is basically an average score.

If you read the whole thing, it sounds like Brandt is saying his pro comp is a rich man's Dalton and that he thinks Dalton is a good starter and Burrow has the potential to be a special QB.

Big difference between Burrow and Dalton is that Burrow is excellent going through progressions. Dalton is a talented passer but if you take away his first or second read, he's lost. Also, Brandt isn't low on Burrow; he still has him as his #1 QB in the class.

He makes sense if we bring in a veteran RB to be Singletary's backup as well. Don't really want to go into next season with Gibson as the backup though.

I haven't been doing this a super long time, but a couple recent ones that aren't off to good starts are Quinnen Williams (who I thought was pretty much a lock to be a beast, though I'm definitely not out on him yet) and Stanley Morgan (who I think was like my #5 WR in the class last year and I believe was a practice squad guy all year. The latter seems pretty likely to be a mistake. We'll see with Quinnen. In terms of being too low on guys, Calvin Ridley comes to mind.

I think there's probably 5-10 players on our team that I would pay $16 million a year before I'd pay McCaffrey and Tre is obviously one of them. Not saying they'd all be good contracts, but I don't think McCaffrey's is a good contract either.
