For one, it stops the media from asking stupid questions to players about ending the drought. And two, players that come here, are more likely to trust mcdermott and his system. I like sling tv, i usually sign up for it for hockey playoffs. But to sign up for it for 1 game? You probably could find a bar, that a $25 tab might last the whole game. No matter where you live, they are most likely rooting for the patriots to lose.

To stop the Patriots from going to their 4th consecutive Super Bowl, you'd need to actually have a victory, not a moral victory. Not sure what you're talking about. Beating the patriots in the playoffs, would surely be extra satisfying for this fan base, not matter the circumstance.

A downtown stadium sounds great in theory. But i have walked from my car to the arena in the middle of december and there is a brutal, bone-chilling wind down there. I cant imagine sitting out in that for 3-4 hours. Sitting outside that close to the lake in the middle of winter doesn't sound fun.

Im going to have to do some tinkering with my digital antenna this week. I used to get channel 7 really well, but didnt get cbs or fox that great. After moving it to my attic, I get NBC, CBS and FOX crystal clear, but not ABC. Itll take some work i guess, but its still better then paying for $80-$100 a month for cable tv.

I became a season ticket holder in 2007, gave them up after the 2010 season. Still went to several games a year, just not all of the them. Currently i have had seasons since 2015. Its crazy to think how in 2007, how much i dreamed what it would be like: to be relevant, to win on national tv, to find out what its like to be in the playoffs. Even in 2007, the 1999 season seemed so long ago. Here we are, going back to the playoffs for the 2nd time in 3 years. This year, we have 3 weeks before the playoffs even start, and we are already in. And we have already won 2 national tv games.

Dyngus day parade is more popular then ever now! Still dont understand why they would have a dyngus day parade consistently on a sunday afternoon in the middle of march. Dyngus day is always the monday after easter, which would be at the earliest march 22nd. It had to be st patricks day parade. That would make way more sense.
