  1. People make choices. You choose a profession like being a massage therapist you should have a plan in place for dealing with a situation like a client acting inappropriate. You shouldn't have to but that doesn't mean you shouldn't. You shouldn't need home security but people still have it. If the first few of the girls spoke out or pressed charges then maybe that might have prevented some of them from having to go through it at all. It might not have helped the first girl but after a few incidents it would have been taken more seriously. It would make a bigger difference to take action immediately. You involve money and a lawsuit you might have people that had a bad experience with the situation looking for retribution and you might have also have people that are opportunitist that will piggyback off others just because they have the opportunity. It wouldn't surprise me at all that there was inappropriate behavior happening but you can't wait around months and years never press charges and jump in in a lawsuit and really expect criminal justice. I never seen anyone speaking out against this dude until the lawsuit was news.
  2. It's most likely best for the Superbowl or nothing fans to become bandwagon fans of the Superbowl favorite then. Honestly I wish they would, I support them in the choice to jump ship and go buy some Rams gear if it helps them feel good.
  3. I'm sure that another team would hire him at HC if the Bills fired him so I don't think it's that big of a deal to him if they want to fire him while he's still bringing the team to the playoffs.
  4. I think a few things like a text, email or even a voice recording would give the accusations some strength but I don't think I would want to go to battle with just a few witnesses and I don't think it will be enough in my opinion and people looking into it will want more than witness testimony to take action on those accusations I believe.
  5. McDermott gave him a job that gave Daboll an opportunity to springboard himself into a head coaching gig so I don't think his feelings about his former boss is all doom and gloom even if it isn't all sunshine and rainbows. If I were Daboll I would have some appreciation for Josh Allen and McDermott when I sit in a new office with a higher ranking position because they were on the path traveled to get that job.
  6. Last year's was better in my honest opinion. No disrespect to the line up but they kinda outdated and it was showing to me.
  7. I googled how many minority coaches won a Superbowl out of curiosity.
  8. If I was a minority and I really thought the rule was a sham I wouldn't show up for the interviews. I never voted in my entire life because I felt there was no point to it. It must work enough for people to keep showing up or they are just fools.
  9. It's simple to understand that the rule only give a person an interview and nothing is promised after that. If you really want more hires then sweeten the deal with some incentives to make those hires and you might get more results. It may not feel like the right thing to do but you might get more results if there are added benefits into making hires you might not of been planning on doing.
  10. I want to clarify that I know this topic has many avenues and lanes to travel down and I am not interested in going in any of those directions because I feel neutral in most of those topics slightly agreeing and disagreeing with everything. Although one big issue I have with the situation specifically is that this guy was indeed hired as a minority head coach and served as a head coach for an NFL team and is a shining example of the fact it can and does happen so I don't feel sorry for him honestly in some respects. He was the thing he is complaining about not being given a fair chance to be so it's case closed for me. Although if he does have evidence of some claims he made about Miami I think it's a good thing to expose that. If he does have specific evidence that he wasn't hired by an NFL team specifically because of his race such as a witness or text message I will respect that for sure but just because you got passed over doesn't mean it was racially motivated. I am in no way saying there isn't a problem to be debated about around hiring head coaches, I am just saying I don't think it was a problem for this guy and isn't a problem now unless he has something concrete to show that he hasn't yet.
  11. I never thought Buffalo was going to win that game, I only hoped they would. So I am not upset about it. It's just entertainment to me and the team isn't trash so I will get my entertainment value from the season. I know some people have higher expectations but it was kinda obvious the Bills have some exploitable flaws and as a team and organization they haven't figured out how to cover that up yet and it doesn't seem like a few practices are going to clear that up from week to week. I don't feel all that doom and gloom some others may feel, The Bills had a few shots to win the game and a few chances to take the game over early and couldn't clutch it. I don't want everyone fired and I still have confidence. I do think some the drawing board needs to be reworked because the plans for victory are not working. All phases of the game have some problems but I think it boils down to not being able to score enough points. You could bring Tyrod Taylor back if you want 3 to 10 point games. Anyway it's getting wild with emotions and I am not going to personally tell everyone to calm down because it's not a good look for them.
  12. My only concern is if the Bills are sloppy and beat themselves. I think there was a bit of over confidence and it's been a humbling kind of season. Better than the Jags and still lost to them.
  13. If desperation caused somebody to over pay I would be in favor of it but other than that I don't see a reason to get all jumpy about moving him.
  14. I can only see it two ways. The Rams think they will win a SB with this trade or they just dislike Goff so much they would throw a lot of assets into moving him. I think when hindsight comes around a lot of people will know this was not a good trade.
