From the inside source I have the NFL,state and local leaders will meet again tomorrow 9/30 about the stadium. The pegulas really have nothing to do with the negotiation process. The NFL is pushing and leading the talks. I was also told don’t count out a city location. That 1.4 is stadium and some Infrastructure changes price tag. At 1.4 billion it has to be a dome! I would like to see a retractable roof. I’m not a fan of cold weather it would be so nice to bundle up in the parking lot to tailgate then strip it all off and sit comfortable without layers of clothes. Just my opinion.
