    I think he has had trouble learning to read NFL defenses and making hot reads on the fly. The physical ability is there.

    I believe the Las Vegas Mafia has a family member of Josh locked in a basement and at any time can call him in his helmet and demand he throws and unexplainable int. unless he wants a finger mailed back to him. The family member may have been kidnapped right before the Packers game....

    Injuries can hopefully heal, poor coaching?.....these guys are hammer heads. I'm not seeing a turn over a new leaf situation at all.

    I'm sure as a person and a friend Frazier is great, but as a DC he is too inflexible and I've thought we could do better for a few seasons now. Of course we could have Rex Ryan or Dave Wannabe so it isn't too bad I suppose.

    We would get bounced right out because of injuries and coaching. If we were close to a fully healthy roster the overall talent could be enough to overcome the coaching. So ultimately we better hope this team gets healthy if we want a real shot at it.

    In a perfect world I would love a great offensive mind as head coach with McDermott replacing Frasier as D coordinator. But we all know it could never shake out that way
