The Bills offense is very unique as others have pointed out. I for one can agree about a lack of "elite" players. However, this group seems different to offenses of the past. Playoffs can come down to a couple of plays per game. We had hoped that players like Diggs would rise up to the occasion. That didn't work out as planned. It would not surprise me that the "stars" in the playoffs this year can come from any one of these guys. The D just needs to hang in there long enough to give the O the chance to show us what they can really do. I'm looking forward to seeing how all this plays out.

I'm wondering about that. Maybe they just go with Trubisky and if something bad happens they use their disaster QB. Knox or someone else can take the snaps. It might be better to use that slot for someone who plays the full game. FWIW.

Evidently the OL is involved in this too. It's a wonderful strategy. With that in mind, Josh and by extension the entire team knows the regular season's goal is to get into the playoffs. BUT the ultimate goal is success in the playoffs. I am totally convinced that a lot of plays that worked during the season have not been overused and are being saved for appropriate times that are coming. Josh has confirmed this. I will wait to see what Brady has in store for the playoffs. I'm thinking it could be very special.

The question is, how many and which starters will be on the inactive list? ALL of the depth players have to be active. Once the coaches determine that, they can look at the remaining players and decide who best to elevate from the PS.

I'm not so sure Beane is ready for an $80M slot receiver contract just yet. They playoffs and what Shakir's agent if thinking will have a lot to do with the timing. Shakir and his agent would be smart to go for that money. Beane would jump on it. They also have to know with the Bills style of play the Bills do not NEED to re-sign him. If Shakir's reps are too adamant during the spring, I expect a 2nd round WR to be taken.

Milano is still not 100%. If he was, he wouldn't still be wearing a brace. I'm curious if that thing will come off for the playoffs. The difference between the 1st and say the 4th or 5th (if they win) for EVERY round of the draft is huge. The Pats front office will try their best to dump the game to the Bills 2nd stringers. As a Bills fan, I want the Bills to win BUT won't be too sad if the opposite happens.

2023 Bills scored 451 points in 17 games. 2024 Bills scored 506 points in 16 games, so far. 2nd and 3rd stringers will be playing the last game. These are stats that matter to me.

You're probably right, probably a little more than $3M, but he also is playing under incentives, and they should keep it that way. There is a whole lot of 29+ year olds playing for less. I don't think he will be $5M.

Hollins found a home in Buffalo. Bills make a one year $3M offer, and he signs IMO. He doesn't have too many miles on him and not a huge injury record. He should be fine at 32 years old.
