  1. This happens all the time. They are working the database for the Bills. Every player right now is being counted twice. They will have it fixed in a few hours. Tomorrow for sure. I laughed this morning when I saw 168 players signed! As for the cap. the Bills are tight getting the rookie signed. Beane is going to have to make a small move soon IMO.
  2. Brady is key to making this "everybody eats" a true weapon this season. My hope is a very balanced attack that puts defenses on their heals having to react to a lot of variables. The 5 prominent WRs are all capable of 500-600 yards and a couple can get you 800. Add the TEs and RBs and it easily gives Josh 4000+ yards. The offense as a whole could lessen Josh's need to carry the team. Many on this board are concerned about no having a "go to" clutch player for the 4th and 10s but the mere fact that any of the players having a chance to get the call could in itself be a unique weapon. I for one am intrigued with this offense and look forward with anticipation to what Brady and Allen can do with it.
  3. There was a veteran package deal? I want to know more about this.
  4. Other teams may offer Gabe more than vet minimum. He can decide where to go. He may want a team that can offer a higher snap count. I'm sure anywhere he signs will have incentives included.
  5. Agree. Let's not go back to that. He doesn't not fit into Brady's scheme. Plus, one of the main reasons Josh's INTs went down was because of Davis leaving.
  6. That's how my dad went to the games too. I wish I would have kept his fedoras.
  7. Maybe his mind was on something else. Ha.
  8. $7.5M in dead cap with 3 years left. They would at least bring him to camp.
  9. "football decision". LOL.
  10. It would not surprise me at all if one of the "bubble" players end up on the IR with a hamstring (or something similar) to start the season.
  11. True. I do think whoever makes the PS will be pretty good, relatively speaking.
  12. LOL. That is what WR 6 and 7 will be.
  13. After the draft is signed the Bills currently have 85 players. Need to round out some things for camp. I see another TE (maybe Morris if he is not signed by anyone else). One more RB. Go to camp with 6. One more OL. I would like to see a camp leg kicker (not sure if they think the same way). One more LB. That would make 90.
  14. But if all of them happen they are golden.
  15. I doubt very much another WR of any significance gets added. It will be a big competition for WR6 and 7 as it is.
  16. If he does it will be more than Diggs did in the playoffs for the Bills.
  17. At least it's not about Wide Receivers.
  18. Dude. FG Jr. is 5;8" 185lbs and run a 4.7 40. He's never going to be a RB1.
  19. Welcome to Buffalo Elijah. Hope it ends up being a great deal for both you and the team.
  20. That would be wonderful. I also think Kincaid needs to do the same. I haven't given up on either yet like others have.
  21. Same as the KC Chiefs.
  22. I would. It's April, none of this will mean anything come September. If these morning jocks want to escalate it, it's up to them. Beane said his piece.
  23. I have stated I "hoped" Beane would draft a WR from the 4th round on. I'm no expert college player evaluator but evidently none was worth picking in Beane's opinion. I will say this. Last draft after Coleman was selected in the 2nd round there was incessant demanding of another WR taken. What is funny is that from the 3rd round on 24 WRs were drafted. The WR with the most yards was Devaughn Velle from Denver with 475 yards drafted in the 7th round (Pick #235). Maybe last year's deep WR draft wasn't that deep after all. Beane is a straight shooter with the press most times. "Everyone eats" is what they are doing. Anyone thinking he was signing Metcalf just doesn't get it.
