If you don't get it, the other team takes over where you miss. 3. If the onside kick is kept, allow teams to do surprise onside kicks again. Having to declare and not be able to catch the opposing team off guard is stupid 4. Be able to challenge face masking penalties. Either he grabbed the face mask or he didn't. No need to reward a team 15 yards when a simple replay can confirm whether the face mask happened or not

Started 6-6, our coach gets a hit piece put on him by Tyler Dunne, the players literally said after beating the Chiefs to start the playoff run "we got your back coach". They reel off 5 straight and win another division title and go to the playoffs. What did they do last year after losing 2 straight and falling to 3-2? They went on to win 7 in a row, a 5th straight division title and go to the championship game. Yes, teammates can win for each other but how many times have you seen coaches lose the team and the team just falls apart and never recovers. Trust me when I tell you, McDermott up to this season, has not lost this team. They still play for him. It's why he still has a job here
