  1. Yes, but they still won 15 games. Those injuries they had were for majority of the season. They didn't just happen in the last couple weeks. They beat the Rams, Texans, swept the Vikings and Swept the Packers, all playoff teams. And they did that with a roster full of injured players. I don't think you can use injuries as an excuse when they played pretty much the whole season with them and still won 15 games. They barely missed a beat despite all that
  2. Why do people keep bringing up injuries for a 15-2 team? They have had injuries all season and were still dominant the whole way. They went 15-2 with like 30 guys on IR but that was the reason for the loss today? The Lions have been winning these games all season
  3. The same guy that threw 5 picks against the Texans? Noooooo
  4. Yeah exactly. Now they go in and not only beat them but knock off the Lions in Detroit
  5. Who had the Commanders in the NFC Championship game on their bingo card?
  6. If the Rams beat the Eagles tomorrow, the Rams could host the NFC championship game as the 4 seed. Well, possibly anyway, depending on what happens with the wildfires
  7. Is Dan Campbell gonna be a new playoff choker? No one expected this
  8. He meant as the top seed in the NFC
  9. Just like he's always Beane
  10. Probably should have already done that to save time. They only have 2 timeouts. Kicking the FG would have been at least before the 2 minute warning
  11. That's a way off comparison. We had a much better chance at hitting on a first round QB over Tyrod. And we were nowhere near as good as we are now. We were literally one year removed from a 17 year playoff drought. Replacing McDermott guarantees nothing and could possibly make it worse if you get a coach the players don't like, don't respect and don't wanna play for. You only fire McDermott if he loses the locker room. No other time
  12. I honestly don't know to be honest. Just play better in big moments. There's no guarantee changing HCs is gonna do anything either
  13. It sounded to me like he was saying if Allen is a top 2 QB, then why haven't we gone further? And he didn't correct it either. Allen has done everything he could do.
  14. When the hell did he decide to start Peterman in a playoff game?
  15. Are you saying that if we keep falling short that Allen isn't a top 2 QB? You have seen his playoff stats correct?
  16. So, if we give up 30 and we still win and beat the Ravens, then McDermott's job is still on the line?
  17. Would we have something against ugly guys?
  18. Guardian caps are fine for practice, but they look dumb as hell on the football field. And I saw Romeo Doubs get another head injury and lay in the end zone for a while last week even though he was wearing one. Whats the point? If players are afraid of getting concussions then don't play
  19. The 13 seconds team was a Super Bowl team that lost because of a stupid coaching blunder that should have never happened
  20. I never heard anything about Harbaugh back then. But the stories about Kelly are well known
  21. To be fair, Kelly was a major prick back in the day
  22. I honestly am starting to think that the issues with the 2022 and 2023 teams was Dorsey. Our offense ran like a well oiled machine in 2020 and 2021 under Daboll. In 2022 it started where Daboll left off but then became less creative and it seemed like even though we were winning games, everything looked so much harder. The offense that ran so well the 2 years prior had to scrape and scrape to get points on the board it looked like. The first 10 games of 2023 was the same thing. It started off good but then the same struggles started again and we finally cut ties with Dorsey after going 5-5. You started seeing the differences with Brady calling plays but it wasn't fully gelling yet. Now in 2024, without Diggs and Allen spreading the ball around. It seems like the Bills are scoring much easier again like they did in 2020 and 2021 but even better. The defense isn't quite as good but our offense putting up 30 or more a game helps and I do agree it feels a lot different.
  23. There were flaws. Like I said to someone else, the engine was on fumes before that. The engine died when Hamlin went down
  24. Correct, they were losing steam but the Damar thing is what ended it all. The engine was running on fumes and the engine died when Damar went down. You think 2 weeks after a teammate dies on the field that they are still in the right state of mind? I think that was the number 1 factor
