Sumbody in The Windy City not happy about Mitch Trubisky!

That's three words, and he got knocked out in that game. -

Trubisky was a long time starter who won a lot of games. He has good stats. Peterman was horrible in every game he ever played. -

SI Mailbag: if chiefs, Bills swap QBs, who had better offense?

The Chiefs have more elite talent on offense for sure. -
Football Outsiders: Anti-Dynasty Rankings

Part of the problem was being so mediocre. We could never get to the playoffs but could never get a top draft pick either. It kept the team stuck for a long time. -

The drought Bills should rank pretty high, but there are probably worse stretches for other teams. The Browns had a 17 season drought from 2003 to 2019, and had some historically bad seasons including a winless season during that span. They went 4-44 from 2015 to 2017. That's worse, I think. -

Bleacher report ranks the supporting cast for each QB
MJS replied to BruceVilanch's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Diggs is a consensus top receiver. The Bills have a good pass blocking oline (at least most of the time). Sanders and Beasley are good receivers. With GB you have Adams who is a top receiver, but not much else, in my opinion. I think Rodgers elevates the rest. A year ago we were talking about Rodgers having no weapons and making fun of their organization for not bringing in weapons to help Rodgers. -

Packers? I feel like their offense would suck without Rodgers. -
Falcons trading Julio Jones to Titans
MJS replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If they beat us it won't be because we didn't trade for Jones. Adding to an existing strength is not going to make the Bills much better. I'm all for trading for a player, but it should be in an area of need. -

And what starter would you cut to pay for him? -

Titans are going to remain pesky. I do not like them. -
Dion Dawkins is latest to rave about Bills DE A.J. Epenesa

That's a lot of concern you are digging up. Only positive thing shave been said about AJ. Maybe everyone ISN'T lying about him... -
Rodgers does seem pretty full of himself. But, he is one of the best QB's in the NFL. Packers fans have had good QB play for a long time. Be careful what you wish for. Bills fans know all too well that good QB's are not often easy to find.

Hand-eye coordination is what he is training. Improving it does not require footballs. And it would absolutely help him.

Jimmy Graham was always only a TE in name. He was basically a big WR.
-
Knox is one of those players who can make insane catches, but also drops easy ones. To me, that means he is either over thinking things (since drops are probably on his mind), or he is not concentrating enough for the easy ones, as others have pointed out. I think his issues can be fixed. He actually caught a bunch of TD's at the end of the season and was one of our more consistent scoring threats. At this point, I would expect him to be the #1 TE on the depth chart unless the Bills trade for Ertz or someone similar.

That's fun. Always interested in more football.

Well, if that happens it will be even tougher on our resident debbie downers. It's already been a tough couple of years for them, and their list of complaints are getting ruthlessly gutted. I don't know if they can handle losing yet another whipping boy to complain about.

Top 100 Throws of the 2020 NFL Season (Josh Allen disrespected)
MJS replied to MJS's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I can argue #1. There wasn't anything special about the throw. It was one of the greatest catches I've ever seen ever, but the throw wasn't special. I guess alluding the defenders to make the throw was nice.
