  1. Terrible job by the running back not blocking the free rusher
  2. I studied White coming out of College because it was the Mayfield, Darnold, Josh, Rosen and Jackson draft. I felt he was very smart, and had a nice pedigree. His HS friends are in MLB, including one in the Braves organization. I also listened to his interview and Lamar's interview with Pat and Jim on NFL88 leading up to the draft. They asked both the same question and I thought White crushed it with a great answer, while Lamar was "I would look for my Tight End". Not a bad answer but White was more cerebral and had a good grasp of the game (beyond my ken). His answer was much more complex.
  3. Its all fun and pride until you lose two in a row. Humble and hungry
  4. I think that, if a trade is made, it should be from the D-Line. And for a CB or a draft pick. When we have two good D-Linemen inactive each week it seems like a bit of an inefficient use of resources. Not sure who would go, but if the price is right, there could be some wiggle room there. I do not expect a trade, but could see that as a way to build draft capital, to move around next year.
  5. Baker and Tua make so much on their advertisements that they don't work that hard at football. Only AR is a good advertising actor/good QB
  6. Mr. Weo: Are you implying that to use the mute button to avoid Collinsworth is somehow nonsensical, or irrational. That one should just not watch the game at all, rather than listen to something one would like to hear rather than something that one finds annoying is not the best way to spend the evening? I don't understand. Of course, I didn't "write a 1 star yelp review" or complain in this thread about the Sunday Night announcers either. I only chimed in to say that I had had enough a while ago and found the mute button to be beneficial to the Sunday Night Football experience. I find your " restaurant analogy" inapt, and confusing. If you like Collingsworth that is fine, enjoy that.
  7. I love the game, but am annoyed by the commentators. I believe there exists a distinction
  8. I have been muting the Sunday night guys since the second game of the season and I find the game much more enjoyable. I play music on the surround sound and it is a better experience. As the quip goes " Mute is your friend "
  9. Missed that. I agree mostly with #6. Drinking but I agree with most but have to put in for the defensive game plan. Very nice and those boys were very frustrated so hooray for us!!
  10. I think that the Bills #79, Spencer Brown, was THE steal of the draft!
  11. I didn't understand how their guys were open up the seem; but they had pressure and double coverage on all of our plays?
  12. I was at the game. I remember during Denver's 2 minute drill, Paul P. the Penn State LB had a sack of Cutler(?) and the ball came loose. It looked like the Bills' would recover but the Denver QB batted it out of bounds, so Denver kept the Ball. I think the rule changed during that off season.
