  1. We could go Lawson/Lotulelei/Hughes backed with possibly Edmunds/Milano/White/Alexander. Your thoughts? UPDATE! Well, that's about what I figured the response would be. Do I think switching to a 3-4 front 7 is a good idea? Of course not. Even if I did, we don't have the D-line personnel for that. I do, however, think we should jump at the chance to draft Devin White if he is there at 9, although I don't think he will be there for us to get. Keep those hot opinions coming folks!
  2. A tight end picked at the 9th spot? Why, that's inconceivable!
  3. This team could really use an outstanding defensive player in the first round from LSU with the last name of White.
  4. I know what he meant. I was working as an electrician apprentice at the General Mills plant when the Bills played in their first Super Bowl. I heard the stories of how a bunch of Wheaties boxes with the Buffalo Bills Super Bowl 25 Champions on them were destroyed after the game. All I'm saying is that I want the Bills to win the Super Bowl THIS year so I can get a championship hat for real.
  5. If this was an attempt at humor, then please explain.
  6. I'll wait for the ones that say Buffalo Bills 2019 Super Bowl Champions.
  7. I don't care who you are. That's funny, right there.
  8. My first choice is Q.W. in a trade up, IF it's not too costly. Otherwise, Oliver at 9. If he's not there, trade down a bit and grab Hock.
  9. Hear me out. Kyle Williams has retired. Our run defense was hot and cold last season, even when he was playing (no knock on #95). Some of the poor showings that come to mind were the Colts game, the rematch with New England, the Leonard Fournette trouncing before his ejection, just to name a few. I'd like to see the Bills draft Ed Oliver in the 1st round and, if possible, get Jerry Tillery in the 2nd. We need help on the interior of our D-line and this would be a much needed boost. Your thoughts?
  10. Several options here. Oliver was historically double and triple teamed in college (I know, the pros are different) so in essence, he would be used to being a 'space eater'. The same goes for Tillery; he was double blocked a lot. They could take turns lining up alongside Star or they could spell him and be together. The point is, the only way (short of Brady's retirement or season ending injury) the Bills will probably win the division is by at least splitting games with the Paytoilets. To do that, you have to beat Brady (think Yoda telling Luke Skywalker "Confront Vader, you must."). To do THAT, you have to pressure him up the middle. You can contain with your edge defenders, but their most effective role is keep Brady either in the pocket or stepping up in it. We must have the immediate pressure from up the gut to slow Brady down. A couple of stud DTs would help accomplish that.
  11. I've had my epiphany for this draft. I want the 1st and 2nd round picks to be Ed Oliver and Jerry Tillery. I miss the days of having Ted Washington and Pat Williams anchoring our #1 D back in 1999. These two rookie DTs would make our defense downright scary.
  12. I hope we draft Ed Oliver and he sacks Brady so hard that he coughs up an ovary. I'm so freaking sick of him.
  13. My ideal schedule would have us hosting Miami week 1 (I want to see Kiko get his 2 sizes too small jersey wearing butt kicked, the little punk) for the adrenaline pumping victory to start the season. Then, at New England, to hopefully catch the Paytoilets before they start rolling.
  14. 9 T.J. Hockenson, TE Iowa 40 Jerry Tillery, IDL Notre Dame 74 Michael Deiter, OT Wisconsin 112 Oshane Ximines, EDGE Old Dominion 131 Rodney Anderson, RB Oklahoma
  15. Should be our 2nd and 3rd round picks. Probably won't be there, I know. Our first round selection has to be, without a doubt, a blue chip DT, whomever that may be. Kyle Williams retired AND we got ran on pretty bad against Leonard Fournette and our rematch with the Paytoilets. We need big beef on the interior of the D-line to keep our LBs from getting buried. http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-highlights/0ap3000000992352/Leonard-Fournette-s-toughest-runs-vs-the-Bills-Week-12
  16. https://www.wkbw.com/sports/bills/joe-b-2019-nfl-mock-draft-no-2 I'd be totally fine with these picks, if they happened. 15) (from WAS) - TE TJ Hockenson, Iowa 40) - DT Jerry Tillery, Notre Dame 46) (from WAS) - OT Tytus Howard, Alabama State
  17. Mods, please merge this thread if you feel it necessary. I was watching this video about which non-Paytoilets team will win the AFC East this year and the reasoning for the Jets chances are mainly because of Le'Veon Bell. I agree that he posted some nice numbers in the past but he didn't play at all last season. There's a big difference between being 'in shape' and being 'in game shape'. Call me crazy but I don't think he'll be lighting it up for the Jets this season. He'll put up decent numbers but I don't see any breakout year from him. Having the threat of Big Ben throwing the ball to AB probably had more to do with his numbers then his actual running ability. Your thoughts?
  18. Robert Foster is not a one trick pony. He's a five trick pony.
  19. 9 Ed Oliver, IDL Houston 40 Michael Deiter, OT Wisconsin 74 Andy Isabella, WR UMass 112 Darrell Henderson, RB Memphis 131 Miles Boykin, WR Notre Dame 147 Maxx Crosby, EDGE Eastern Michigan 158 Isaac Nauta, TE Georgia 181 Khalil Hodge, LB Buffalo 225 Bryce Love, RB Stanford 228 Tyree St. Louis, OT Miami
