The Bills supposable to have like 3 assistants on the O coach side that were former OC's or O assistants. Doesn't seem to help. We need someone to force Josh to be accountable, w/o destroying his play style. Make it easy for him to hit open WR. And schema them open. The best play call I have seen since Brady took over was the misdirection throw to Shakir when the D was in man. We need those type of plays to beat any D look!

They are also interviewing Harbaugh again as well. So Brady likely doesn’t get the job. These interviews need to wait until the seasons over. No matter what is said, it is a distraction. How could it not be.

All interviews with teams still in playoffs are remote/virtual until they are eliminated. We cannot block it, nor should we. Only if it was for same position. They did interview Brady in 2021 before hiring Smith. So they have real interest. It may be due diligence, or Billcheat wanted to much power.

I think it was more execution in the 2nd half. They play calling has been much better overall. The only thing I thought they abandoned the run to much in the 2nd. Josh's jersey was grass stained alot! He was feeling the pressure. He was under that pressure on that play that Gabe was wide open. If he had not been flushed, I think Josh targets Gabe.
