I think both QB's will be up against it on Sunday. I think whichever teams runs the ball best will be likely to come away with the victory. Just kick it through the EZ!! Even the most prolific returners won't bring it out if its at least 3 yards deep. Even when its done right kicking short on a return might yield you a 5-7 yard advantage with an opponents starting point at the 18-20 yard line. Not worth it in my opinion.

I kinda feel Foster and Roberts are making it difficult for Duke to get in the game. Foster (the Alabama favorite) suits up because I guess they feel sooner or later he and Josh will connect on some deep shots, though I wont hold my breath. Roberts the (ST player) is active because of his return ability but Roberts the (WR) is pretty much M.I.A . It would have been nice to have Duke in the line up the last 2 games where I've noticed our Red Zone TD % has taken a hit and we've settled for FG's instead. Personally I'd sit Foster. Don't know whether he isn't fully healthy or just doesn't have it this year. Roberts is just as good of a deep threat at this point. Smoke will be blanketed by Harris this week opening up opportunities for others like Beasley, Knox and Duke if active. This love obsession over a 1 dimensional QB is starting to become the stuff of legend. Time has proven running QBs get figured out, injured and fade out. Why do you think we're encouraging Josh to be an "actual" QB? Yes the Ravens scheme is flashy and exciting, and dare I say sexy. But we've all read this story before so why is the ending different in this case? He's a brilliant athlete with lightning speed and elusiveness. But he's an average passer that will be asked to do more once the whole 3 TE set thing gets figured out, and it will. And that's if he doesn't suffer an injury or a series of concussions first.

Ravens D is quite comparable to the Bills. Bills pass defense is better but Baltimore is 7th against the rush, the Bills are 18th. And as many like to point out we haven't exactly played the elite of the NFL.

Agreed. I feel Jackson like Mahomes ended up on the perfect team for them, talent wise and coach wise. Jackson has Ingram and Edwards, Josh has a promising rookie and glue factory ready horse. Jackson has a Top O-line and Josh has a serviceable patchwork of players. Jackson has a SB winning HC and an OC that is perfect for the players they've assembled. Josh has a conservative, clap happy defensive minded culture guru and an OC that can't game plan around the players he has. Keep everything the same and switch QBs and you might find the results to be eerily similar. That fact that Josh is doing what he is with the talent around him as he works through his shortcomings and still be 7-3 is quite impressive. But by all means lets keep praising the guy that crapped the bed last year once the bright lights came on.

But C.B, he didn't throw for 300 against them either. Cousins threw for over 300, after being down 20 at the half and abandoning the run game. Rarely will you find a 300 yard passer and a 100 yard runner on the same stat sheet nowadays. To me it's not a big deal, not making excuses. It'll happen soon enough and most likely when he starts connecting on some deep shots. Cousins, Jimmy G, Matt Ryan and Dak (all over 300) won but had no running game to speak of. Minn had 37 rushing, SF had 34 rushing, Atl had 54 rushing and Dallas had 75 rushing. Josh threw for 256 and the team rushed for 168!!!

Is it difficult for you to understand? 1. The Bills are a run the ball, play solid D type of team. 2. Josh is one of the better runners in the league and though he's not putting up last year's numbers, it's still a big part of his game. 3. The Bills have not trailed by any considerable amount pretty much all year which would force them to play catch up and abandon the run game. 4. McD is not a " run up the score" kinda coach. Once the Bills get a 10 point lead they go with a time consuming run offense and protect the lead prevent D. A lot of losers threw for over 300 yesterday. Big whoop.
