  1. I knew I should've inserted (sarcasm). But hey, your ideas not bad.
  2. I know. Has anybody talked about maybe trading for Melvin Gordon?
  3. I miss Mark Kelso. He always made me feel like I could be an NFL player too.
  4. Which tells me the cancer is already spreading.
  5. Josh had a renaissance so to speak last season after the Houston game due to injury. When he returned to action it was like he was a totally different QB with a better understanding of the game. Hopefully history repeats itself and he comes back from the bye after reviewing all his brain farts the first 5 games and takes the next step in taking this team to the playoffs and maybe beyond. He strikes me as a willing learner and obviously has the talent and heart.
  6. "The best ability is availability" followed by " Potential means you haven't done anything yet".
  7. Not to mention winnable games against Cle, Bal and Denver.
  8. I'd rather trade for Gordon, and I don't want Gordon. The only trade I'd be on board with is T. Williams. Other than that I'd rather develop our guys.
  9. Couldn't of said it better myself.?
  10. I like Levi and for an UDFA he's done extremely well in this system. To me Tre, Micah, and Poyer are all Top 5 -10 players at their respective positions. Levi IMO is not.
  11. Agree. To me it's Hyde and Tre over Poyer but I'd have Poyer over Levi as far as priority signings.
  12. Just because Hyde is more instrumental in the way the D runs let's not disregard what Poyer brings. This brand of D requires a high football IQ and he and Hyde have developed amazing chemistry, almost like a QB and his favorite receiver. Poyer is ALWAYS around the ball and his run support and blitzing are exceptional. But more importantly he has a smoking hot wife!
  13. I'm surprised Milano travelled that far in the air. It looked like he was at least 3 or 4 yards away when tripped.
  14. Honestly the only thing I think is missing is time to develop. Josh is not Mahomes and Dabolls not Reid. He played his 16th game Sunday. What are people expecting? Outside of Jackson perhaps he's played better than the others in his class. We all knew he was a ball of clay. Unfortunately the Defense appears to be 2 seasons ahead of the offense. They're ready to contend now.
  15. If there is forceful contact made on the QB intentional or not they're going to flag it. Same thing with Casey in the game. Josh was sliding and Casey tried to avoid him as he leaped over but his knee caught Josh square in the back. Surprised the announcers weren't aware cause I thought it was very clear. Taking a knee in the back from a 280 pound man running at you can cause serious damage.
  16. Frank is doing amazing work there. I like McD but Frank would've been a match made in heaven here. ? How old are you? Not trying to be funny or insulting but I'm 53 and I've seen RBs in my lifetime CMC can't touch.
  17. Thank you sir. This was my hardest laugh of the day?
  18. They're very good, I'd say borderline elite. But those comparing them to the 85 Bears or 2000 Ravens are sniffing glue.
  19. Not concerned. I'm surprised teams haven't caught on. If I'm the opposing coach I'd have someone spying McKenzie anytime he's in the slot and goes in motion. Man! He shot out to that side line like a bullet.
  20. If we're up 14 points and Josh is at the 200 yard mark then forget it. Daboll will run the ball into the ground until the clock reads 00.00. Can he hit 300? Hell Yeah ! But it's not the way this offense runs. We're also not a " run up the score" type of team.
  21. 5-1 over 300 yards passing any day of the week.
  22. Agreed though KCs front 7 is nowhere as good as Buffalos or Tennessee's for that matter.
  23. Thanks, I stand corrected. Even worse to give up assets for someone many feel wouldn't be a difference maker and then go elsewhere.
  24. Nobody's gonna complain when you're up 7 in FG range with less than 3 minutes left. Now if you pull that stuff in the middle 3rd quarter only up 7 points when another score will essentially ice the game (especially with this D) and your coordinator is more concerned with time management instead of scoring then yeah there's a problem and reason to complain. Conservative play has been a topic for argument but luckily it hasn't hurt us. Almost (ie Giants and Bengals)
