I think he's a better LB than Dawkins is an LT. Milano has the skill set to thrive in McD 's scheme due to instinct and coverage abilities but he's not a thumper. Unfortunately it doesn't mean he'll take priority. Having a competent LT is far more valuable unless that LB is a Ray Lewis or Patrick Willis or a player of that ilk which Milano is obviously not.

I picked Dawkins because of the position he plays. You can make the argument that Milano is the better position player but Dion's position is the one of most importance. IMO Dion is a slight to above average LT and in today's NFL that's worth retaining. I could probably name 10 LTs that I'd rather have. Dion is a class act though and that carries weight with this regime.

I find it funny because one of my favs from last season was in that very game. That diving INT by Tre on sideline when the Fins were in goal line. A TD might have put the game out of reach, but Tre said not today Fitzy.

No way Beane is giving 10 mil a year for Anderson to compete with Smoke for the #2 WR spot. Good, not great player with off the field issues. Glad he's out of the division though.

It only seems that way in comparison to what Arizona gave to Houston to get Hopkins. Unfortunately Beane wasn't dealing with a GM with the incompetence level of Bill O'Brien. The compensation for Diggs was fair and considering the current contract he's obligated to makes the trade much more desirable. Hopkins is already in negotiations for a new deal.

I like how Dillon protects the ball when he runs. Always has the ball in a vice grip tight against his body. Akers carries the ball low and away from his body (ala Shady) and Taylor already has a rep to fumble. Ball security is a big deal to me though I do feel Akers and Taylor are the prospects with higher ceilings.

The TJ Yeldon that was a healthy scratch for the majority of the season? I like Taylor as a prospect but we already have a talented RB who has a propensity to fumble.

The idea of front-loading contracts is simple. You pay a player for his good years and as the contract goes on, the salary decreases. The concept is not meant to save anyone money and it does decrease short term payroll flexibility, but can benefit a team in the latter years of a deal. Is that how it works Harry? Maybe you can elaborate more for the rest of us simple Bills fans.

Ok bandit, restructure. It was really early when I posted. ? Diggs is only 26 years old. If he does well an extension of a year or two that front loads and enables an easy out if he under performs in the future is not a bad idea.

I personally would make him play his first season here under his current contract. Why in the world would you renegotiate a contract with 4 years still on it? Show me you're all in. Show me you're a team player and not the diva you're made out to be. Put up the numbers and after the season we talk extension.

Disagree Doc. Fitz was the starter and though Rosen was there from the beginning, he didn't get the Lions share of 1st team run in the off season. That team was a dumpster fire from the start and were predicted by many as a 1-2 win team. After Fitz got annihilated by Baltimore in Game 1 they let Rosen start Game 2 where he went 7-18 before getting pulled for Fitz in a 44-0 ass kicking. He then started 2 tough games against Dallas and SD. Then when he finally gets a chance against another dumpster fire in the Redskins he gets benched for Fitz who barely won. Rosen never sees the field again. That's a fair shake?

Both Allen and Rosen were on the board when the Bills were on the clock 3 years ago. Hopefully this closes the door on which Josh was the better prospect. Though I do feel Rosen has gotten shafted and lacked any opportunity to show what he can do, nothing to this point has shown me he is now or ever will be a better QB than JA.

If we were gonna keep an interception machine we could've kept Peterman at a cheaper price.

I like Hyde. 1k rusher that would be a good compliment to Motor. I'd draft one as well.
